The Crown 100 is a weekly countdown of Crownnote's favorite songs, as determined by your charts.
The Crown 100 is posted each Monday and includes data from all charts posted during the previous week. (For example, a Crown 100 chart posted on Monday, October 17 would include all charts posted before then that have a chart date between Sunday, October 9 and Saturday, October 15.) Personal charts backdated after the Crown 100 that would correspond with its date will not be included in that or any future Crown 100 chart. Data for a Crown 100 chart is only recalculated and republished in the event of technical error or omission.
Rankings on the Crown 100 are based on points received from songs' positions on personal charts. Crownnote's points formula awards 10,000 points to the #1 song on a weekly chart, with lower-ranked songs receiving fewer points. Charts with the *Daily* chart type, used when the same Crownnote member creates more than one chart in the same week, receive one-seventh of the usual chart points, even if that member posted fewer than seven Daily charts in the chart week.
For songs where multiple versions receive points in a given week – for example, a song with a feature-added remix or an acoustic version – the version with the highest point total appears on the Crown 100 that week. The song version included on the Crown 100 can change from week to week if another version receives the most points in a different week.
A song's placement on the Crown 100 does not earn it any additional points toward its site-wide points total.
