Calum PK7's Official Top 40!!

These are basically my 40 favourite songs! Updated weekly. The rule is that each song has to have been in either the Official UK Top 40 or the Vodafone Big Top 40. Enjoy!

This week, it is a month at the top for Camila Cabello's Havana. All four of Camila's #1s, in and out of 5H, have spent at least a month at the top each, with the next least being Know No Better's 6 weeks. Not a great deal of new entries this week, but a fair few climbers to mention, the highest of which being Maroon 5, who gain another place to #3. Craig David and Avicii also climb one, and Anne-Marie reaches the top 10 for the first time at #8 with Heavy. She is now just one place off her career peak - Ciao Adios' #7. Kygo and Justin Jesso also climb to #11 with Stargazing, and this week's highest new entry is Charlie Puth at #13 with How Long.

Big Shaq makes the top 20 with Man's Not Hot which gains four, and Mabel becomes this week's highest climber for the second week in a row with Finders Keepers at #21. There are climbs for I Fall Apart and Perfect, and Liam Gallagher makes his second chart appearance, with For What It's Worth entering at #31. There are no further new entries, but Post Malone re-enters at #40 with Congratulations, his third appearance of the week.

That's about it for this week, hope you enjoyed my chart! :D

Great chart once again! I hope 'Havana' keeps racking up more and more weeks at #1 on your chart, and at least beats 'Know No Better's 6 weeks!
How many sales do you reckon 'Camila' is going to get in its first week in the UK? As you mentioned yourself, she's already had 3 Top 15 and 4 Top 20 tracks this year, including a 5-week #1 with 'Havana', so hopefully first week sales should be very good and may even pass 100,000!
It's great to see 'How Long' debut so high on your chart and even better to see 'Man's Not Hot' break into the Top 20. Hopefully these 2 can keep on climbing in the coming weeks!
And, as always, it's fantastic to see Camila have so many entries so high up in the chart. :D

Hey GamesKiller01! I'm really glad you liked my chart! yeah, Havana does look likely to beat KNB's 6 weeks, but not get much further than that. other than Bad Things' 15 weeks and I Would Like and Out Of Love's 1 week (the former being the week before I started crownnote, the first week of January), all my #1s have been around 6-8 weeks, although off the top of my head I'm not 100% sure how many weeks No Promises and Mama got.
well, I'm not really the person to ask about album sales lol as I don't really check them out too often, but I really hope Camila can do really well! new singles tomorrow... exciting!
yeah, both those tracks you mentioned should continue to climb, especially the latter! speak to you soon, and hope you have a good week! my next chart will probably be up tomorrow if possible! :)

That's quite interesting that most of your #1s get 6-8 weeks. With the exception of 'New Man' and 'Mercy's 2 weeks and 'Havana's 8 weeks (so far, 9 if you count the remix), every single one of my #1s has got just 1 week at the top. My chart has a very fast turnover though, as I listen to songs I like a lot the first week, and then they just become another song in my playlist, with a couple of very notable exceptions, of course.
Even though 'Never Be The Same' and 'Real Friends' will only be able to impact my next chart for 11 hours (they come out at 1PM UK time), I can see them making a huge impact, and then almost inevitably climbing to #1 and #2 the week after.
I really think that Camila's going to do well with this album. At the very least she'll debut at #1 pretty much across the globe as there's absolutely no noteworthy competition that we know of being released on January 12th.
You have a great week too, and I'm looking forward to the next chart! :D

Hey GamesKiller01! yeah, I have always tended to have long #1s, for example in 2016 I had a 14 week #1 (All In my Head (Flex)), two 9 week #1s (Say You Do and Sex) and an 8 week #1 (All My Friends)!
so what are your thoughts on the two new Camila releases? I absolutely love both!! on first listens id give Never Be The Same 9/10 and Real Friends 7.5/10! but both will for sure grow on me!
I must say, at first listens, these are having a better effect on me than any other Camila release did at first listen! and Never Be The Same will 100% be my next #1 if it charts! i pray to God it does!! and Real Friends will for sure be top 5 or higher!
with the album, yeah, the early signs seem good. do you know what albums are coming out around new year though? cos if there isn't anything massive, i think Camila has a great shot at the #1 spot, especially if these two tracks succeed! :D

I absolutely LOVE both of the new tracks! I can't even just rate them out of 10, I've got to rate them out of 100. 'Never Be The Same' would be a 98/100 for me, while 'Real Friends' would be an easy 100/100, becoming only the 4th track to achieve this, after 'Bloodstream' by Ed Sheeran, 'Mercy' by Shawn Mendes and 'Havana' by Camila.
'Never Be The Same' should have a great chance at charting next week. It's been sent to radio and I've already heard it on Capital, plus it'll more than likely be Radio 1's "track likely to make an impact on the chart next week" on tomorrow's chart. Even 'Real Friends' is in with a shot. It's been outperforming 'Never Be The Same' on Genius (the lyrics site) all day. 'Never Be The Same' has been averaging around 200 viewing at any 1 time and is currently the 12th most viewed track today (EDIT: it's just past midnight, and it's 3rd for 8th Dec), while 'Real Friends' has been averaging around 300 viewing and is the 6th most viewed of today (2nd for 8th Dec). But, only Spotify, iTunes & Google Play data will tell us how likely they are to chart.
No other albums are releasing around that time. The biggest competition she'll face will likely be from 'Revival' by Eminem (Dec 15), '÷' by Ed and 'The Thrill of it All' by Sam Smith, so it's looking really great for Camila right now!

Yeah, both are amazing! well, NBTS had 1.1m Spotify plays in just half a day yesterday, so God knows how many It could have by tomorrow! and its currently #23 on iTunes, with Real Friends at #48! yeah I really hope Camila has the breaker track. and that's great that her album could do so well! I'm very much looking forward to it! I'm sure we can talk later on OCC so see you then! :D

Cool to see Havana still being your number one, as it has no chance of reaching #1 on the Hot 100 now thanks to Rockstar, and Perfect (due to Beyonce).

Nice to see What Lovers Do, Perfect, Back to You, Dusk Till Dawn (ZAYN's best song), 1-800, Bad Things, and No Promises.

Hey Mr McCloud! I'm glad you liked my chart, and those songs in particular! its disappointing that Camila wont get #1 in the US, but great that shes got 5 weeks here! hope you have a good week, and speak to you soon! :)

Hey Calum! Good chart once again. :)
I love seeing 'Havana' remain at #1 for another week! It looks like its going to fall off the top spot in the UK charts today, but I bet you're ecstatic that it got five weeks at #1!
Of her two new singles, 'Never Be The Same' looks the more likely to chart in the Top 40 out of the two songs. Could that become a future #1 on your chart? Both songs will be debuting in at least the Top 20 for me, with 'Real Friends' coming slightly higher for now.
It's cool to see 'Heavy' enter your Top 10 & I hope 'Stargazing' makes it in next week!
Now here's my rating of each of your debuts: 'How Long' (6/10) & 'For What It's Worth' (7/10).
I don't mind seeing 'Congratulations' re-enter either!
I hope your week has gone well & I'll see you on the Official Charts article later.

Hey Piran, thanks for the comment! yeah, five weeks at #1 for Havana was great! it really does give Camila a platform of success to improve on, and gives her that publicity so the album can do really well!
well, I prefer Never Be The Same and if it charts first week it could become the first #1 debut of a song which is in its first week released since Say You Do in March 2016! (excluding Flex and Bad Things as they had been out for a few months before charting so they had time to grow on me)
well, Heavy should climb slightly further and Stargazing will reach top 10 too! my next chart is ready and ill try and upload it now! :)

Hey Calum, great chart once again! Glad to see 'Havana' as your #1 and I also love seeing : 'What Lovers Do', 'Know No Better', 'Crying In The Club', 'Finders Keepers', 'There For You' and 'New Rules'. Rating your new entries : How Long (7/10), For What It's Worth (0/10). A great chart once again! Now moving onto yours most recent one!

Hey Tom! glad you liked my #1 and those other tracks you mentioned! yeah, I remember you hating Wall Of Glass too when that peaked for me at #40... I normally don't like rock music, but I kinda like those two Liam Gallagher songs. ill check your other comment now! :)
