These are basically my 40 favourite songs! Updated weekly. The rule is that each song has to have been in either the Official UK Top 40 or the Vodafone Big Top 40. Enjoy!
This week is Zedd's second at #1 with The Middle, after he ended Camila Cabello's ten-week reign at #1 last week. Elsewhere in the top 10, The Weeknd & Kendrick Lamar climb to #7 with Pray For Me, and Marshmello & Anne-Marie reach the top 10 for the first time with Friends at #9.
Bazzi's Mine climbs five places to #12, and Sean Paul, Becky G & David Guetta also climb five to #13 with Mad Love. At #16 is Kojo Funds and Raye's Check, which climbs four places, and this week's highest new entry is Post Malone and Ty Dolla Sign with Psycho at #18.
Sigala returns at #23 with Paloma Faith collab Lullaby, and Hardy Caprio makes his first chart appearance at #32 with Rapper. That's all this week's debuts, but we have a re-entry at #33: Ed Sheeran's Supermarket Flowers after his performance of the song at the Brit Awards. It originally peaked at #31 back in March 2017, spending two weeks on the chart before dropping off.

Hey Calum! I like seeing 'The Middle' staying at #1, and the rest of the Top 5 being completely unchanged! Outside of the Top 5 I like seeing 'Havana' and 'Pray For Me' climbing in your Top 10, and it's amazing to see 'FRIENDS' break into the region for the first time! I'm really loving the song at the moment!
Seeing 'Psycho' as your highest new entry is good, and the new entry for 'Rapper' is good as well. I really like the re-entry for 'Supermarket Flowers', though. Do you think it'll be able to beat its current peak of #31 on your chart this time around?
Great chart again, and I'll speak to you soon! :D
Hey Gameskiller, thanks for the comment! I'm not really sure how long The Middle will last at #1; it's past its peak in performance, but still just ahead of NBTS. it will be between those two though until something new gets released!
I don't think Pray For Me will get any higher, but you'll be happy to hear Friends could climb further! and it's likely both of those debuts you mentioned will climb next week. as for Supermarket Flowers, this will probably be its highest position this time around, and it may only spend one or two more weeks on the chart unfortunately. it does depend on debuts though. speak to you soon! :D
Hey Calum! Amazing chart as usual. :)
I love seeing 'The Middle' retain the #1 spot, as well as 'Pray For Me' & 'Friends' hitting new peaks inside the Top 10!
Here's my rating of your debuts for this week: 'Psycho' (7/10), 'Lullaby' (6/10) & 'Rapper' (5/10).
I also like the return of 'Supermarket Flowers'! Do you think it'll stick around in your chart?
I posted a new chart yesterday, so I hope you can check it out!
Have a good remainder of the weekend & I'll see you soon.
Hey Piran, thanks for the comment! the race for #1 will remain between The Middle and NBTS until something new gets released, as nothing currently out can get up there I don't think. both are past their peak in performance, but The Middle just has the edge at the moment.
Pray For Me looks like it's hit its peak, but Friends could climb further over the next couple of weeks! and I think all three debuts have potential to grow on me as I've only heard each twice, so don't be surprised if they get small gains over the next couple of weeks!
as for Supermarket Flowers, this looks like its peak on this chart run, and it may only spend one or two more weeks on the chart before dropping out unfortunately. speak to you soon! :)
Hello Calum, it's awesome to see you again! I like 'The Middle' staying at the top, as well 'Capital Letters' and Camila tracks inside the Top 5. I like your Top 10 a lot thanks to 'Pray For Me', 'For You, 'FRIENDS', and 'Havana', but I wish that 'Finesse' was still being there :) Not a lot of debuts this week, but plenty of songs I like including: 'Let Me Go', 'Wolves', 'River', 'Sick Boy', 'Let Me Down', 'All The Stars', 'Stargazing', 'Say Something', 'Supermarket Flowers', 'IDGAF', 'God's Plan', 'Tip Toe' and more! Great chart once again and I'm very excited for the next one :)
Hey RandomGuy, thanks for the comment! I'm glad you like so many of the songs in my top 10 and my chart as a whole!
yeah, there hasn't been many available debuts lately, so I hope March is a better month than February in that respect!
hope you have a good remainder of the week, and speak to you soon! :)
Hey Calum!
Great to see "The Middle" staying at #1 and "Friends" in your top 10!
Also great debuts for "Psycho" and "Lullaby"!
Great chart overall!
Also I uploaded my new chart, check it out if you haven't!
Have a great week!
