Chart

23rd March, 2018 - 29th March, 2018

Top albums of the week:

1) Logic - 'Bobby Tarantino II' (=)
2) Various Artists - 'Black Panther: The Album' (+1)
3) Camila Cabello - 'Camila' (-1)
4) Ed Sheeran - 'x' (=)
5) MIST - 'Diamond In The Dirt' (=)

Marshmello & Anne-Marie match the all-time consecutive record for the most weeks spent at #1 on my chart as 'FRIENDS' logs a 4th week at #1, matching Camila Cabello's 'She Loves Control' and 'Havana'. As the song still has a large lead over anything else on the chart, it is very likely that it will beat the record next week by spending 5 consecutive weeks at #1. At that point it will only have the non-consecutive record of 8 weeks set by 'Havana' to beat!

This weeks sees 2 very strong new entries from my 3rd favourite artist; Shawn Mendes' 'Lost In Japan' and 'In My Blood' debut at #2 and #4, respectively. While these are far from my favourite of Shawn's songs, I do still really like them both. They may not be able to stick around for too long, though, as they have been quickly falling in performance for me, especially 'In My Blood'. Last week's 2 big entries, 'Done For Me' and 'YES', both fall 1 place to #3 and #5, respectively, but they both actually increased in performance for me this week! They are looking like the most likely songs to knock 'FRIENDS' off the top at the moment.

'She Loves Control' falls 1 to #6, 'Pray For Me' and 'All The Stars' both fall 2 to #8 and #9, and 'rockstar' takes a big hit, down 7 to #10. The week's highest climber comes from a song still making its way up the Top 10 even on its 10th week on the chart, as Drake's 'God's Plan' climbs 3 places to a new peak of #7 from #10. Dua Lipa's 'IDGAF' and Mabel's 'Fine Line' both drop out of the Top 10, at #11 and #12 this week.

There are a lot of new entries between the positions #25 and #13 this week, and the highest of them comes from B Young with his track 'Jumanji'. I wasn't really a fan of this track when I first heard it a good couple of months ago, but it really grew on me this week and ends up with a pretty high entry of #13. 'Force You' by Bobii Lewis & Not3s debuts at #15, and 'Freaky Friday', a hilarious song by Lil Dicky & Chris Brown that's currently powering its way up the UK charts, debuts at #18. David Guetta & Sia's latest collaboration 'Flames' debuts at #21, and the final new entry of the week also comes from David Guetta as his track 'Like I Do' debuts at #25.

Thanks for reading everyone! :D

Hey Gameskiller! :)
I'm very happy seeing 'Friends' as your #1, as well as both of Shawn Mendes' new singles debuting inside the Top 5.
I like seeing 'Freaky Friday' enter too, as well as both David Guetta songs!
I haven't heard any of The Weeknd's new album yet, but it's good to see that he'll have such an impact on your next chart.
Have a good Saturday night!

Hey Piran! 'FRIENDS' should be able to stay at #1 next week as well, but 'Done For Me', 'YES', and all of the tracks from 'My Dear Melancholy,' are still increasing in performance for me, while 'FRIENDS' is decreasing slowly, so anything could happen!
'In My Blood' and 'Lost In Japan' are decreasing in performance pretty quickly for me, and I could honestly see them both leaving the Top 10 altogether next week! That's not to say that they're bad songs, but they don't have much replay value for me unfortunately.
All of the new entries this week will almost definitely fall next week due to the tracks from 'My Dear Melancholy,', but I can see 'Jumanji' and 'Freaky Friday' climbing further after that! I'm not too sure about the others, though.
Thanks for the comment! I'll go check out your chart now! :D

Hey Gameskiller!
I like seeing "Friends" at #1, the Shawn Mendes' debuts in the top 5 and the debuts for "Jumanji", "Flames" and "Like I Do"!
Great chart overall and I'm excited to see the impact for The Weeknd in your chart!
My chart is recently up, so take a look if you haven't!
