Taylor Swift's "You Need to Calm Down" debuts at #1, marking her 4th chart-topper and 4th #1 debut, knocking off the former leader, 3-week ruler "Boy with Luv", by BTS and Halsey. Swift has another entry in the top 3, with "ME!", her collaboration with Brendon Urie of Panic! at the Disco, sliding down to #3, after being #1 for 4 weeks earlier this year. Lauv and Troye Sivan slide down to #4 with "I'm So Tired...", and Katy Perry hits a new high, entering the top 5 with "Never Really Over".

Sam Smith and Normani get bumped down from their #4 peak to #6, with "Dancing with a Stranger", and Halsey's "Nightmare" retreats to #7 after peaking at #6. Mabel slides to #8 with "Don't Call Me Up", after hitting #4, and Billie Eilish holds at the #9 peak with "bad guy". Capping off the top 10, Shawn Mendes' "If I Can't Have You" spends a 2nd week at #10.
