Week of Winners Chart #38 (Tributes, Victories, New Beginnings)

Hi everyone! This is Week of Winners Chart, a chart of either timeless classics or amazing trending songs. This is based on how much I appreciate the songs, how relevant they are to my personal life right now, and/or how much time I spend listening to them.

Disclaimers:

  • Here are my FINAL recurrence rules moving forward:
    • Songs 10 weeks old may be automatically removed during album/artist/genre bombs OR if they dip below the Top 30.
    • Songs turning 15 weeks old OR with a standing of above 50K points will be automatically removed if they dip below the Top 20.
    • Songs turning 20 weeks old OR with a standing of above 60K Crownnote points will be automatically removed if they dip below the Top 15.
    • Songs turning 25 weeks old OR with a standing of above 75K Crownnote points will be automatically removed if they dip below the Top 10.
    • Songs 30 weeks old, regardless of points or position, will be automatically permanently removed the next week.
    • The number of weeks on the charts INCLUDE bonus charts.
    • Permanent recurrence is when a song that has accumulated enough points and weeks on the chart drop out of the charts permanently. Whether a song will return or will enter permanent recurrence depends on me.
    • Songs can break out of permanent recurrence for one week provided they are below 70K points, have not broken permanent recurrence yet, and have not passed 30 weeks on the charts. Songs that have already broken permanent recurrence prior to the rule changes as of August 30 cannot do it again IF they are above 50K points (You got lucky, See Tinh).
    • NO EXCEPTIONS. NOT EVEN BEATLES OR OLIVIA.
  • No classic Christmas songs will be allowed in the chart for more than one week except Last Christmas and Christmas in Our Hearts, and only newer ones will be allowed, like Christmas Break by Gracenote. This is to be fair and to make sure my charts DO NOT look like Billboard during the holidays.
    • However, this rule will not apply for Halloween, EDSA Revolution, and some events like artist's death, new documentary, or album/single release), since they will not likely be massive for artists outside the Beatles, Olivia and a few other all-time favorites, and they will likely fall off after the first week.
  • Instrumental songs can chart normally as long as I love them. Meme songs will also be allowed, but they can only chart a maximum of 10 weeks. I will get to decide what meme-related song counts as a normal song (like Il Vento d'oro) and what counts as a true meme (like Baby Shark).
  • Only songs I barely like at worst and I cherish and will love forever at best, will be here.
  • This chart is NOT a chart of the most popular songs of a demographic or locality, but merely based on my personal, completely subjective opinions and preferences.

So yeah, enjoy!

Hey Oliver!

Nice to see "Vampire" tied for #1, as well as "Ragazza Sola" getting a new peak into the top 5 and "Dial Drunk" and "Get Him Back" reaching the top 10, the returns for "ITALODISCO", "Sprinter" and "Rush" and the debuts for "Vertigo" and "Used To Be Young".

Great chart!
Take care.
