You can easily and quickly change your personal information on Crownnote by editing your account. After logging in, navigate to your profile page, then select the Edit tab at the top.
When editing your profile, you'll see two tabs, for Personal Information and Site Preferences. Use the Personal Information tab to edit your:
- Email address
- Username
- Password
- Timezone
- Pronouns
- Country
- Profile picture
Note that you will need to enter your current account password in order to change your email address or password.
Use the Site Preferences tab to edit your digest subscriptions or comment notification settings.
Canceling your account
If you would like to cancel your Crownnote account, edit your profile, then confirm that you'd like to cancel it. Note that your account will be removed, along with all account information; your content will remain in place, but will be assigned to the Anonymous user instead of being associated with your now-deleted account. Accounts that are deleted cannot be recovered later.
Resetting your password
If you are unable to log into your account, use the password reset form to send reset instructions to your email address. If you are able to access your account's email address and need additional help accessing your account, please contact us.
