My Top 50 - 01/21/2018

"Havana" returns to #1 for an eleventh week.

Camila Cabello and Young Thug get an eleventh week at the top spot with "Havana", due in part to Cabello's release of her debut album, Camila. The Young Thug version actually decreases in points, but the solo version and the Daddy Yankee remix help it stay relatively stay overall, which was enough to overtake "Finesse" which drops a bit from it's first full week of chart-activity. The Cardi B assisted mix of Bruno Mars' latest single slides to #2 on it's third week.

Cabello is one of three females with two top ten hits this week, as her next single "Never Be The Same" moves up to #5 on it's seventh week. She also gets the highest debut this week as "She Loves Control", an album track from Camila, starts at #25.

Dua Lipa earns another top three hit with "IDGAF", which jumps eleven spots to #3 following it's music video's release. Former #1 hit "New Rules" drops from the top five for the first time since it's #13 debut, sliding to #7.

Lipa's "Be The One" is steady at #38, but more importantly, crosses the 52-week mark to become the first song to get a whole year on the chart. Most impressively, it did it consecutively. The closest competitor is Ed Sheeran's "Shape of You", but that track falls out this week at the 50-weeks mark, and spent three weeks out a few months ago.

Rita Ora's "Anywhere" drops to #4 on it's 13th week. Ora and Liam Payne collaborate on the new Fifty Shades Freed soundtrack with "For You", which moves up to #29 this week.

Halsey is the third lady with multiple top 10 entries this week. Her G-Eazy collaboration "Him & I" moves up to #6, a new peak, while "Bad at Love" moves down to #9. The hopeless fountain kingdom track peaked at #2.

Last but not least Marshmello earns his second top 10 hit with "Silence" featuring Khalid. His previous one barely misses this week, as "Wolves", with Selena Gomez, drops down to #11. Khalid stays steady at #15 with "Young, Dumb & Broke".

SZA and Kendrick Lamar get the Greatest Gainer honors this week with "All the Stars", as it jumps twelve spots to #12. Other key moves include Clean Bandit earning their fourth top 20 hit with "I Miss You" featuring Julia Michaels, while Cardi B has three songs gaining this week: "No Limit" with G-Eazy and A$AP Rocky moves up to #16, while "Bartier Cardi" jumps to #23 and "MotorSport" with Migos and Nicki Minaj parks just below at #24.
