Bulgaria's Hottest 10 Singles (W/E 21/11/2019)

This is an unofficial chart, compiled by me, highlighting the 10 biggest tracks in Bulgaria right now. Due to the lack of an official Bulgarian singles chart, apart from an airplay only one, this is the closest thing we can get to a true representation of the musical landscape in the country. The data is based on Spotify/Apple Music streams, YouTube views, and airplay data, all coming from official sources.

Highlights of the week:

• Tones and I holds down the top spot for a second consecutive week with 'Dance Monkey', doubling down on her lead over her nearest competitor as she reclaims the #1 spot in radio/TV airplay, and experiences gains in on-demand audio and video streams.
• The rest of the top 4 remains unchanged - 'HIGHEST IN THE ROOM' remains at #2, as it claims a 6th week as the most-streamed track on streaming platforms; 'Така ни се пада' (That's what we get) by Preslava & Galin holds down the #3 spot, while comeback single 'Don't Start Now' by Dua Lipa stays at #4.
• At #5 is the highest new entry of the week - Bulgarian singer Denis Teofikov already has two top 10 songs to his name - both collaborations with fellow singer Emilia on 'Акула' (Shark) (#5 peak); and 'Тръгвай си' (Leave) (#10 peak). This is his first solo entry to the chart, matching his highest peak to date, called 'Катастрофа' (Catastrophe) - also claims the title of most-viewed music video across YouTube, amassing just over a million views.
• Further down, 'Lose You To Love Me' by Selena Gomez drops a spot to #6, and 'Имам човек' (I've got a guy) by rappers Itzo Hazarta and Homelesz goes down a place to #7. Meanwhile, Camila Cabello gains a spot, going 9-8 with 'Liar'.
• Rounding off the top 10, 'Hot' by Young Thug and Gunna drops down to #9, still heavily impacted by a Travis Scott remix; and the second top 10 entry for Selena Gomez, 'Look At Her Now' goes down three spots to land at #10.
