Bulgaria's Hottest 10 Singles (W/E 27/02/2020)

This is an unofficial chart, compiled by me, highlighting the 10 biggest tracks in Bulgaria right now. Due to the lack of an official Bulgarian singles chart, apart from an airplay only one, this is the closest thing we can get to a true representation of the musical landscape in the country. The data is based on Spotify/Apple Music streams, YouTube views, and airplay data, all coming from official sources.

Highlights of the week:

• Billie Eilish enters the chart straight at No. 1 with 'No Time To Die', the theme to the brand new James Bond movie. This is the 18-year old singer's second chart-topper, and the first Bond theme to top the Bulgarian charts - Adele's 'Skyfall' only reached No. 2 in 2012
• The Weeknd's 'Blinding Lights' is thus blocked from going to the top, as it remains at No. 2, while Roddy Ricch's 'The Box' falls 1-3 and SAINt JHN's 'Roses' drops 3-4.
• Future & Drake's 'Life Is Good' remains at No. 5, boosted by a newly released remix of the song featuring rappers DaBaby and Lil Baby, and former No. 1 'Dance Monkey' by Tones and I reverses 4-6.
• Justin Bieber's fifth studio album, 'Changes', debuts at No. 1 on the albums chart, as three of the album's singles make the top 40 this week - 'Yummy' re-enters the top 10, leaping 13-7; 'Intensions' featuring Quavo jumps 21-13, and 'Forever' featuring Post Malone and Clever enters at No. 31.
• Dua Lipa's 'Don't Start Now' spends its 15th week in the top 10, reversing 6-8, while Billie Eilish's second top 10 single this week, 'everything i wanted', drops a place to No. 9.
• Rounding off the top 10 is Eminem's most recent No. 1, 'Godzilla', featuring the late Juice WRLD, down three to No. 10.
