Hey Calum! Awesome chart again. :)
I'm hoping 'Shed A Light' will be the next #1, but if it doesn't, then 'Bad Things' is still a good choice.
I'm really pleased with your debuts today. Here is how I would rate them...
Anne-Marie - Ciao Adios (Good)
Katy Perry ft Skip Marley - Chained To The Rhythm (Great)
Ariana Grande & John Legend - Beauty & The Beast (Decent)
Imagine Dragons - Believer (Decent)
I look forward to your next Top 40!

I'm sorry but it looks like Shed A Light doesn't really have any chance of hitting no1 :/ So Good is much more likely to challenge as Shed A Light is past its peak in my opinion and So Good is just hitting its. But really the only song with a likely chance of taking over at no1 eventually is Love Incredible, provided it hits the charts. There is a chance if it never does that So Good could eventually hit no1 (I'm talking a number of weeks before we reach that stage), and that would be similar to the circumstances Starving hit no1 if it does. Flex had had a massive 14 weeks at no1, and it was just simply not as good anymore, so couldn't stay any longer. Starving took over and managed to stay a massive 8 weeks! But I will never hold it in the same level as the likes of Sex, Say You Do and All My Friends which had 8 & 9 weeks too because for most of those weeks Bad Things was already my favourite song but wasn't applicable as it was yet to hit the charts. I Would Like's week at no1 was the same. Bad Things would've had at least 11/12 weeks at no1 by now if I had no rules. and yeah if So Good hits 1 because Love Incredible cant hit charts it will be the same.
right now there are a much better level of non-chart songs than there used to be. Apart from Love Incredible, there is Alone, Are You Sure? and Digital Love, which would all be in my top 6/7 now and would've all got top 3/4 peaks at their best. There are so many great songs outside the charts so my top 40 isn't really a fair representation of my very favourite songs. But I have a rule which I must stick to :) I Lied by 5H too, that would've hit no1 near the end of Flex's reign, and has literally been one of my very favourite songs ever since. It would've literally spent 5/6 months in the top 5, like Flex did. and I like chained to the rhythm more than when I did this chart, so it will climb from 14 (although unlikely to get past 10) :)

Aw... that's a shame about 'Shed A Light'. 'So Good' going to #1 would be awesome though & I'm fine seeing 'Bad Things' at the top for now! :)
So it's been six weeks at #1 for 'Bad Things', but has the song peaked in performance on your charts yet?
While 'Bad Things' is taking slow drops in my personal charts & will probably spend two more months inside my Top 40, 'Love Incredible' should leap into the 10-15 range (maybe higher) for me on Friday. The only debut I see happening at the moment is 'Everyday' by Ariana Grande ft Future.
It seems like you have very long #1s too. 'Uptown Funk', 'Closer' & 'Can't Stop The Feeling' have all been #1 for me for seven weeks & they are the longest ones I have for this decade. To find one that spent longer at the top, you'd have to go back to 'Love Story' by Taylor Swift (12 weeks at #1).
Well hopefully I'll see you tomorrow for the new Official Charts mate!

yeah, bad things has hit its peak but I still deem it better than all other songs right now. That's great about Love Incredible! also, I just heard that Little Mix's next single no more sad songs features Machine Gun Kelly and comes out tomorrow! thatll be cool! and its Camila Cabello's 20th birthday tomorrow so I wonder if the Major Lazer or Pitbull collabs will come out? I really hope so! major lazer said that theyre postponing the album so well have to hope that the camila collab/s become singles. :) so yeah I look forward to tomorrow!! :D

Hey Calum! Nice chart as always! I'm very pleased with your charts this week, due to "So Good" rising! I hope it hits #1 for you! I'll rate your new entries now! 1.) Ciao Adios (Awesome), 2.) Chained To The Rhythm (Awesome), 3.) Beauty And The Beast (Decent) & 4.) Believer (Passable)! That's it from me but I have a question. Why don't you make your chart rules a little different and put that all the songs must hit theOfficial UK Top 100? It will make more of your favorite songs hit the chart and there would be more changes. I'm just saying this might be a little better but that's just me! Hope you have a great week and I'll see you at the Official Charts on Friday! :)

yeah maybe but I always listen to the charts on radio 1 on Fridays (the uk's most famous radio station by our biggest tv company the bbc) and that's only top 40. and originally when I first started charts aged about 11/12 i didn't go online much so i didn't see the whole top 100, and ive had my rule ever since. its a really good suggestion and it would make it more exciting but i think its too late to change and i like watching songs climb hoping they hit the top 40 and hit my chart. anyway, the songs i mentioned in my reply to Pirans comment haven't even hit the top 100 so it wouldn't help with those anyway. as i say its a good suggestion but for now ill keep my rule as it is :) anyway, see ya tomorrow! and btw this chart isn't the latest one. ill hopefully update tomorrow then again on sunday/Monday so then its up to date. that's the plan! :D

Yeah thta's good to know that you have kept your rule for so long, and as you said it might be a little too late to change... I'll also check your charts then! See you later :)

Hey Calum, great charts as always!
'Bad Things' still #1, it's ok, not a bad song.
Here's my rating of your debuts:
Anne-Marie - Ciao Adios (Great)
Katy Perry ft Skip Marley - Chained To The Rhythm (Good)
Ariana Grande & John Legend - Beauty & The Beast (Never heard yet)
Imagine Dragons - Believer (Good)
Can't wait for your next charts!

thanks for the comment! :) yeah, Bad Things is one of my favourite songs of all time so it might stay at no1 a while longer unless Love Incredible reaches the charts soon. Did you see my latest chart? I updated another last night :D
