Welcome to Matt's Weekly Countdown!

For the first time in 57 weeks, a woman is not at #1 on the countdown. Starting with Beyoncé's "HEATED" and ending with Chappell Roan's "Good Luck, Babe!" women have been #1 on the chart since August 9, 2023; claiming the most consecutive weeks for women at #1 in almost three years (previously 53 weeks from May 27, 2020 to May 26, 2021). Breaking this streak is Fly By Midnight's "SuperFine" which rises one spot to #1 – the song becomes the duo's fourth #1 hit. With "SuperFine" rising to the top spot, Fly By Midnight now has had a #1 song each year for the past three years: 2022 (In The Night, Nothing New), 2023 (Different Lives), and 2024 (SuperFine).

Chappell Roan's "Good Luck, Babe!" falls from the summit, down one spot to #2. Medium Build earns a new peak of #3 with "Known By None". Boys World's "Caught in Your Love" drops one spot to #4. Ariana Grande's "we can't be friends (wait for your love)" remains stable at #5.

The Chainsmokers & ELIO rise one spot to a new peak of #6 with "Bad Advice". Ariana Grande's "the boy is mine" descends one spot to #7. Remi Wolf earns a new peak of #8 as "Soup" rises one spot. Ariana Grande's "supernatural" drops one spot #9. Rounding out the top 10 is Addison Rae's "Diet Pepsi" remaining at it's peak of #10 for a second week.

Outside of the top 10, KATSEYE jumps 14-11 with "Touch". Ethan Tasch & slimdan's "Present" jumps 19-14. Bludnymph's "Incognito" flies up six spots to a new peak of #15. Sabrina Carpenter's "Taste" joins the top 20, up 24-18. Zane Penny & Medium Build earn the highest jump of the week with "On a Roll" flying up 49-30. ZEE MACHINE & Kelechi both make their countdown debuts with "Everybody Wants It" at #45.
