On this weeks chart, Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber's new single "I Don't Care" storms on top the chart at number one. Ed Sheeran earns his first single on the chart after his previous worldwide smash, "Perfect" predates the creation of this chart. On the other hand, Justin Bieber follows "No Brainer" with DJ Khaled, Quavo, and Chance the Rapper for his second number one. "I Don't Care" benefits from huge streaming numbers and an unusually high beginning start to its radio push. Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber continue pop's 2019 reversal of chart dominance after 2018 year of record hip hop tracks reaching number one. Underneath "I Don't Care" is the juggernaut of "Old Town Road" (Remix) by Lil Nas X featuring Billy Ray Cyrus. "Old Town Road" has the lead the chart for three weeks and continues for a third week in the runner-up position. "Old Town Road" is one of the most dominant tracks in chart history as if not for new releases, the song would have the longest run in chart history. "Old Town Road" bounds into the top five of radio while also maintaining its hefty lead in streaming numbers. Under "Old Town Road" is one week leader "ME!" by Taylor Swift and Brendon Urie which struts into the top ten of radio while also staying top five in streaming numbers. At number four is Sam Smith and Normani's "Dancing with a Stranger", which begins its lead on radio as it struts to the most heard song in the country. "Dancing With a Stranger" continues its rare chart run, as most songs in the streaming area now debut high or bound up the chart quickly. "Dancing With a Stranger" keeps at number four in its eighteenth week after a lengthy rise to the top teirs. Last weeks suprise number one, Shawn Mendes' "If I Can't Have You" falls from the top of the chart to number five in its second week as it keeps its upward track on radio and strong showing on streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music. In the future, Mendes' single will get the most of its chart increases from radio as its Youtube video has already been released. "Sucker" by the Jonas Brother falls one spot to number six after debuting at the top of the chart eleven weeks ago. Although "Sucker" falls from to the runner-up position of radio, it nonetheless still posts gains on all radio formats. After debuting at number nine last week, Logic and Eminem's "Homicide" pushes up two spots after the release of Logic's new album. "Homicide" follows an uncanny chart run as songs that debut high rarely move up in their second week. Three previous number one singles, Billie Elishs' "bad guy", Post Malone's "Wow.", and Ariana Grande's "7 Rings" all fall two spots. Although down in chart positions, "bad guy" maintains a heavy showing in streaming while also nearly doubling its radio airplay for the week. "Wow." and "7 Rings" look to be spending their last weeks in the top ten as there is heavy competition right outside the top ten and both songs are decreasing in chart points. If "7 Rings" falls out of the top ten, it would spend its first week in its chart history outside the top ten since it debuted at number one and has maintained a hefty showing for seventeen weeks. Ava Max's breakout hit "Sweet But Psycho" keeps right outside the top ten again for a second week at its number eleven high. With the release of so many new songs, After bounding from number twenty to number twelve in three weeks, "Sweet But Psycho" has been held back from the top ten due to the release of many high debuting songs. Four weeks later, "Shallow" reentered the chart at number one following the Grammys and spent another eleven weeks on the chart.
