lyhom's top 20

some notes for this week:

- "one step at a time" becomes the 60th #1 of all time on my chart (which has been going on since july 2014)

- also of note, "your mind" was the first song to spend 5 consecutive weeks at #1 since "we all fall down" by a-trak did so in october 2015.

- as one "trouble" falls off of the chart this week, another debuts. both r3hab & VÉRITÉ get their second entries on my chart with "trouble" debuting at #3, immediately outpeaking both r3hab's "icarus" (#5, currently at #14 this week), and VÉRITÉ's "constant crush" (#16 for a week in may 2016)

- "all night" debuts right below it at #4. chance the rapper had a guest appearance in late 2015 with snakehips' #2 hit "all my friends", but knox fortune is all new to my chart.

- "taped up heart" and especially "ritual" have been having some amazing longevity.

- "back2life" debuts at #10, become both no way back's and le youth's first entries. (to be fair had "c o o l" and "dance with me" not predated my top 20 I probably would have charted them lmao)

- "hallelujah california" and "you want me" both take some pretty big falls for my chart this week.

- "not in love" debuts at #17. kent jones is new to my top 20, but m.o had "who do you think of?" spend a week at #16 in august 2016.

- finally, "love like we used to" debuts at #19, which will probably make james very happy
