My Top 50

This week we get another new #1 - "Break A Little" by kirstin, also known as Kirstie Maldonado from Pentatonix. And how could she not be, look how goergeous she looks. Oh, and the song. It's great. You should check it out. Fangirling aside, her debut solo single is strong at #1, but it's facing competition from a more experienced pop girl (see predictions). At #2 is "Sign Of The Times" by Harry Styles. It's still doing good, but Kirstie may have ruined his last chance for #1. #3, "Take On Me" by Pentatonix, is losing, on its way out of the Top 10. "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" is somehow still at #4. "Foolish" by Rebecca Black is doing well, despite being stuck at #5. That's not the case for "Slow Hands" by Niall Horan, that doesn't appear to have much longevity, losing hard. "Imagine" by Pentatonix holds on to #7 despite losing hard this week. "1-800-273-8255" by Logic is still doing well. "Kiwi" by Harry Styles falls to #9, being an album track, it won't last. "It Ain't Me" by Kygo & Selena Gomez falls to #10 as momentum slows.

Biggest debut: "Break A Little" by kirstin (#1)

Biggest loss: "Let Me Out" by Gorillaz featuring Mavis Staples and Pusha T (-23)

Biggest gain: "Hallelujah" by Pentatonix (+35)

Biggest dropout: "I Heart?" by Taylor Swift (from #22)

Re-entries: "F**K Up" by Shane Dawson (#20), "Outlet" by Desiigner (#45), "One Last Time" by Ariana Grande (#49)

Nice chart Joseph! :)
Happy to see '1-800-273-8255' still gaining & I'm also pleased that 'Hallelujah' & 'Symphony' were among the biggest climbers of the week.
I'm also happy that 'One Last Time' returned to your Top 50 & that there a couple of Desiigner songs here too!
Well have a good day tomorrow & I'll see you on the Hot 100 article on Tuesday.

What are your thoughts on the new entries, predictions, etc.? (I know you can't respond soon, just take your time).

As for your predictions, I'm happy to Logic keep gaining in the Top 10 & Carly set for a #2 debut! :)
I also love seeing 'No Promises' in your Bubbling Under Chart, so I really hope that makes the Top 50 for you next week.

It should debut in the 30s, and because "Call Me Maybe" won't die, it's back in the top 20.

is this your current chart? will pentatonix tie the beatles and occupy the entire top 5? ;) and interesting about harry...are you gonna do a review on his album?

It is my current chart, and they won't unless they put out an album. And considering one of the members put out a solo single (it's #1 on this chart) and another one just left, I expect a break-up is on the horizon. I will be doing a review of Harry's album.

Pentatonix did get close to taking up the whole Top 5 here, having 7 songs in the Top 10: http://crownnote.com/charts/josephp/my-top-50-5

are you on disqus? it's just me and techfan right now, so i thought i'd check out everyone's charts before lunch :D so, this is it for pentatonix? i was hoping they'd do a full-length gospel album like elvis did. do you know if they've ever done the song 'amazing grace'? but i'm glad they've done a handful of gospel music.

They didn't do that song. I'm not saying the group is breaking up, but someone putting out solo material, the fact one of them left, it's a bad sign. And yes, I'm on disqus, not a lot to say though.

yeah, boring as hell on disqus :D ok bud, i'm signing off, talk to you 2mor on the hot 100 article ;) but i thought 1 member did quit the group though? lemme know also on disqus about that one member if it was true he left the group *i'm hardly on crownnote*.
