Xia Wanan is the first Chinese artist to hit #1. Goro Majima is the second video game character to chart, following Danganronpa V3’s Kaede Akamatsu, and the first to make the Top 10. Majima is one of two protagonists in the beat-em-up title Yakuza 0. The other protagonist, Kazuma Kiryu, is also the third video game character to chart.

It's cool to see a Chinese artist make history at #1! I know you're usually a big J-Pop fan, but it's awesome to see you branching out to other Asian genres too.
I love the new peaks for 'Don't Start Now' & 'Blinding Lights', along with 'Lonely Generation' debuting & 'Lose You Love Me' re-entering thanks to the release of Echosmith's & Selena Gomez's albums respectively!
In the bubbling under, it's awesome that 'Diamonds' takes the top spot (which it did in my proper chart), along with 'Home To You' sticking around, 'The Box' debuting & 'Wrong Direction' climbing.

Well, it's mainly because of a show I'm currently watching, but I do have Chinese songs charting not from the show, so I suppose you're right. I haven't actually heard Echosmith's or Gomez's album much, so we'll have to see if they manage to chart more. I will check out your chart.

It's weird to see some songs from Yakuza 0 on here, but hey, I played the game myself and finished it and I like it. Can't wait to play Yakuza 3, 4 and 5 to complete the series!
Nice to see the debut for "Lonely Generation", as well as the returns for "Lose You To Love Me" and "Beer Can't Fix" (the latter of which, could be the next single for Thomas to chart on my chart soon).

Yeah, I just finished it, and will be done with Kiwami soon. I'll play get 3, 4, and 5 when they're remastered. I liked Majima's character a lot. Glad you like it, don't think "Lonely Generation" or "Lose You to Love Me" will last long, but "Beer Can't Fix" should last decently, though I would have preferred "Notice".
