My Top 50

In our newest chart, "Marry Me" by Thomas Rhett rules at #1 for its fifth week, but it does face competition from our #2, "KILL4ME" by Marilyn Manson, as it surges 5-2. Now, off the back of the music video, "...Ready For It?" by Taylor Swift rebounds 16-3. Don't expect this to stick around. Three songs make notable climbs to the Top 10: "hold on" by flor jumps 10-5, because it's a damn catchy indie pop/rock song. "Generous" by Olivia Holt climbs 20-6 because it's the hit that won't happen, and "WE KNOW WHERE YOU FUCKING LIVE" by Marilyn Manson rises 17-8. But, "Look What You Made Me Do" by Taylor Swift collapses 6-10. While it might make Top 10 on the year-end, it's not looking good for this song's future.

Notable rises outside the Top 10 include "I Live My Life For You" by Chika Arimura, a song I found by accident, which is rising fast, 35-14. And "Love's Just a Feeling" by Lindsey Stirling goes 39-27.

Now, going to losses, well, the obvious song is "Gorgeous" by Taylor Swift. The mediocrity falls hard, going 30-50 in its second week. If the Top 100 still existed, it would have fallen another 50 spots next week. Two previous Top 10s make exits out of it, as "Cut to the Feeling" by Carly Rae Jepsen falls 4-13, and "Too Much to Ask" by Niall Horan loses all its gain from the album, falling 8-18.

Onto debuts, NF's "Let You Down" debuts at #30, because of course it does. The not expected song entering was "Fucking Asshole" by Russian group Little Big debuting at #32, Lindsey Stirling gets a new track to debut off of the fact we're coming into the holidays, the 1995 cover of "Sweet Dreams" by Marilyn Manson debuts at #49 due to his success further up, and "Big Star" by Kenny Chesney and Taylor Swift at #47. It was such a breath of fresh air, seeing Taylor Swift's name on a country song... not a great one, but it's country!

And with Bubbling Under, "Let Me Go" returns to #1, while Yelawolf makes several debuts, with Cody Simpson making a sizable gain. "The Way Life Goes" by Lil Uzi Vert debuts at #25. Taylor Swift's "Call It What You Want", failed to chart in the Top 100 of Bubbling with three hours of tracking. For reference, "Look What You Made Me Do" managed to chart in the same time period in the Top 40, while "Gorgeous" made #10 on Bubbling.

And finally, into predictions. Marilyn Manson might be dethroning Thomas Rhett, flor continues to make big gains up to the Top 3, Chika Arimura and Little Big will likely be entering the Top 10, and Taylor Swift will continue to suffer huge losses.

I like the gains for RFI and Generous in the top 10. From your new entries I like Let You Down and On The Loose. Gorgeous actualy ended up growing on me, so I'm sad for the continued losses it's taking for you. What do you think of Call It What You Want, though?

Yeah, Taylor will be taking continued losses. Even 'reputation' dropping won't make a huge impact if I don't think the album is very good (and I don't think it will be). "Call It What You Want" might not be charting at all. It's mediocre. Better than "Gorgeous", but really boring, and there's no pop chorus for the most part.

Funny because CIWYW was the song from Reputation that took less time for me to enjoy. Well, it reminds me of the old Taylor, so I'm ok with that, but I still think that Reputation has a big chance to be one of her less exciting projects.

Well, I like it more than "Gorgeous" for now... but still not very good. At this point, Taylor Swift songs, if they chart, it's because they're from Taylor Swift - not because they're amazing or anything.

Good chart as usual Naos! :)
As usual, I want to start of first by talking about Taylor Swift. It's good to see ' ... Ready For It?' getting a rebound, but it's looking like 'Look What You Made Me Do' won't have much longevity after all (still better than the Hot 100). 'Gorgeous' dropping doesn't really surprise me & I'm not even that disappointed that 'Call It What You Want' had literally zero impact on your chart. The latter will barely debut in my Top 10, if it even makes it that far, It'll only be getting a decent debut because of how many times I've been listening to it (because it's Taylor), but the song itself is mediocre like you said.
Elsewhere in your chart, I like seeing: 'New Rules', 'How Long' & 'Cola' reach new peaks.
Once again, I love that 'Let Me Go' is #1 on Bubbling, but I'd be even happier if it breaks into the Top 50 next week!
'Candy Paint' is also cool & I think you'll be surprised with how well it's going to do in my next chart.
Speaking of which, it should be up within an hour, so I'll let you know when it's finished!

I'm surprised you didn't mention the song Taylor did with Kenny Chesney, but yeah... if the songs are anything like "Gorgeous", and "Call It What You Want"... 'reputation' is not leaving too much of a good impression. "Let Me Go" might chart next week, because of songs falling out. Yeah, after listening for a bit, I love "Candy Paint", it's good and catchy. I'll check your chart when you finish. Looking forward to it.

Regarding 'Big Star', that's because I haven't heard it yet.
I'll let you know what I think of it on Monday, but it's nice to see that she's still coming back to country music.

So does Reggaeton Lento have a chance for your top 10? I really like that song. (It's 2017 and Little Mix still does not have ONE top 40 hit in the US? What's going on?
Also good to see "Cut to the Feeling" have great longevity here. "Why", "Craving You", and "Too Much to Ask" are all great to see them likely hitting your top 20, since these are predictions for next week as you say.
I see an album track of Niall Horan on here. You heard that album, yet?
And... does Taylor's new song have a chance of debuting? I gave it another listen, and now I think it's better than "Gorgeous" but it's still a little underwhelming.

No, the chart with 10 songs is the predictions. When a chart has 50 songs, the chart is final, as this chart is. "Reggaeton Lento" likely will peak at #11 unless other songs in the Top 10 start dropping. I haven't heard much of 'Flicker' yet. "Call It What You Want" might make Bubbling Under next week, but it likely won't debut on the actual chart.

Oh, okay then.

Call It What You Want is going to be really lucky entering my chart tomorrow. It's gonna knock off Mic Drop's chances of re-entering. And speaking of a BTS song, I'm getting ready to listen to their EP again because I'm gonna rate it tomorrow.

Lol.

Just got finished with it. So since they're performing at the AMAs, if their fans support it enough and with a pop radio impact date, DNA might reach a new peak. (But I still don't think if it'll crack top 50 unless radio actually plays it often.)
