This week before we get the album ouslaught that will be next week, this will be the break. "Imagine" by Pentatonix holds #1 for a second week, and I don't see anything getting close to it anytime soon. "Thumbs" by Sabrina Carpenter moved up to #2, but it's too late and too far behind. "Run Away" by Drake Bell falls to #3 as its momentum sputters out. The one I see possibly being the next #1 is "Something Just Like This" by The Chainsmokers and Coldplay. It's got good momentum behind it, despite it being still far behind "Imagine". "Galway Girl" has good staying power rising up to #5. It can be a good, long-running Top 10. It reaching #1 though? Not so likely. "Daft Punk" by Pentatonix falls to #6, its gains slow, and doesn't have much. "Paris" by The Chainsmokers rises up to #7, it's doing quite well, we'll just see how long it can hold up. "Cry" by Carly Rae Jepsen holds on to #8, but it won't last long. It's losing fast. "Down" by Marian Hill may have rose up to #9, but its gains are very slow, I don't think it'll get much higher. At #10, we have "Into You" by Ariana Grande, which I don't think will last long. The song is "old" at this point.

I will be reviewing the Pentatonix EP. The Ariana Grande review has been up for a bit now, so here: josephsmusicreviews.blogspot.com/2017/04/ariana-grande-artist-review.html

Yeah, I agree a lot with what you said!
Her song-writing isn't brilliant, but there's no denying her vocals are incredible. For me, 'Break Free' is her best song & 'Focus' is her worst.

I didn't like the production on "Break Free", plus some of the lyrics are incomprehensible. The vocals are what saved "Focus" from being my least favourite, it instead going to "Bang Bang". I just love her whistle notes, hence why "The Way" made the top for me.

Ah fair enough. Have you seen my: chart, predictions & throwbacks yet then?

Not yet. I'm kinda occupied with a court case in my video game. I'm a defense lawyer, and the prosecutor hasn't lost a case since he started being a prosecutor at age 20. So yeah, It's pretty difficult. I'll get to your chart in a bit.

That's fine! Good luck with the video game. ;)

As for your full Top 50, I really like all of the re-entries & I'm ecstatic that 'That's What I Like' debuted this week, especially considering you didn't really like it back when it debuted on the Hot 100.

Well, to be fair, Pentatonix is going to kick all those songs back out.

Hey Joseph! Good chart once again. :)
I'm happy to see 'Paris' & 'Into You' back in the Top 10, as well as Pentatonix's cover of 'Bohemian Rhapsody'.
As for next week, I'm completely fine with Pentatonix taking over your chart & that The Chainsmokers will continue to do well!
If you have enough time, could you review either album on your blog please?
