Hey Piran, hope all is well. Love the debut for Lonely and the debut for Memories too. How long do you reckon Dance Monkey can last at the top spot? I'm personally not too keen on the song, but I'm always happy to see success for a lesser-known artist.

Hey Ben! :)
I'm not too bad thanks, how are you?
'Dance Monkey' should be able to last at least another two or three weeks at the top. Hopefully it can grow on you, but yeah, it's cool that a newer artist is getting such huge global success with this.
I actually edited my chart as I initially forgot to include 'SOS', which meant that 'Lonely' just about debuted while 'Memories' got pushed down to #1 on Bubbling Under. That said, the latter still has a good chance to debut properly next week!
I realise I haven't checked your chart in a short while, so I will shortly.
Take care!

Hi Piran! It's great to see the debuts for Memories (or not) and Afterlife, as well as the continued rise for Good Things Fall Apart, The Borders and Good As Hell. I'm also excited to see Nice To Meet Ya in your bubbling under; it is not what I expect from Niall but I like it a lot. It reminds me a lot of Kill My Mind by Louis Tomlinson (they are both rock flavoured with heavily exaggerated vocal styling, and certain melodic elements are similar) which is quite interesting- did they know about each other's songs?

Hey MrOobling! :)
Yeah, sorry about that... I forgot 'SOS' when I initially posted this, which shoved 'Memories' down to #1 on Bubbling Under when I edited the mistake! That said, I still think the latter will be able to debut next week anyway.
I think 'Good Things Fall Apart' & 'Good As Hell' are the most likely of the other songs you mentioned to climb again next week, while 'Nice To Meet Ya' might debut, but probably not that high!
I agree that both Niall & Louis have gone for 90s rock throwback sounds! I'm not sure really, it could've been coincidence, or one of them could've got inspiration from another (Harry also went for this kind of style on his eponymous debut album at times).
Thanks for the comment as usual!

Hey Piran! It's cool to see 'Dance Monkey' get a 2nd week at #1 this week, but what I really love is that climb to #2 for 'Post Malone'! Do you think it has a chance of reaching #1 in the future, or will 'Dance Monkey' continue to block it? I also like the big rebound for 'Takeaway', as well as the climbs for 'Ride It' and 'Turn Me On'. The re-entry for 'Take Me Back to London' is great as well - was it the track finally dropping from #1 on the OCC that caused it to re-enter, or was it something else? Looking ahead to next week, it's cool to see 'Dance Monkey' set to keep #1, as well as Dermot Kennedy having a successful week with his new album, though what I love the most is 'Cry for Me' set to debut at #8! Great chart again! :D

Hey Gameskiller! :)
I'm glad you like both 'Dance Monkey' holding on to #1 & 'Post Malone' reaching a new peak at #2, but the latter seems to reached its highest point, since nothing seems to be stopping the former as the points for next week show.
Regarding 'Take Me Back To London', it actually wasn't it falling from #1 on the OCC that caused its re-entry here, but the fact that the remix actually grew on me very slightly. I mean, the original is still far more superior for me, but since that's been lingering just outside my chart for these past few weeks, it only needed a small boost to make a comeback!
If I did an albums chart, 'Without Fear' would honestly be the first new #1 since 'Lover' came out! Speaking of which, I might start doing that soon, since I know a lot of us Crown Note regulars seem to do it.
Thanks for the comment!

Hello Piran!
Nice to see "Dance Monkey" at #1 and "The Borders" jump into the top 10!
I also like the huge gains for "Takeaway", "Good As Hell" and "Turn Me On" and both re-entries.
Finally can't wait for the Dermot Kennedy takeover, since while no songs were on my predictions, they could end up in my chart on Friday!
Great chart!

Hey Sergej! :)
I think 'Dance Monkey's safe at #1 for at least another couple of weeks yet, while I have a feeling 'The Borders' might be jumping in & out of the Top 10 once or twice more yet.
'Good As Hell' & 'Turn Me On' are likely to get new peaks in a couple of weeks time, since Dermot Kennedy's album bomb looks to be getting stronger by the day!
I don't do an albums chart yet as you know, but if I did, this would probably be the first week since its release that 'Lover' wouldn't be #1, since 'Without Fear' seems to be clearly taking over.
Thanks for the comment!

Hey Piran :) Been really busy the last few weeks so I haven’t been able to get on here, hope you’ve been well! It’s cool to see ‘Dance Monkey’ at #1 along with ‘Cruel Summer’ and ‘Liar’ in the top 5, as well as two other Taylor songs still in the top ten. Elsewhere I like the huge jump for ‘Good As Hell’ and the re-entries for ‘Never Really Over’ and ‘Take Me Back To London’. Looking forward to your next chart!

Hey Sam! :)
I'm pleased you like 'Dance Monkey' at #1, since I see it staying there for at least a couple more weeks yet.
'Cruel Summer' is probably not done inside the Top 10 just yet, but sadly, I think 'Liar' could be leaving the region as soon as next week. It could return there when 'Romance' is finally released though!
'Good As Hell' might be a Top 10 contender soon, but I'm not sure if either of those re-entries will survive next week.
Thanks for the comment as usual!

There's not really much I can say here, really. I like seeing "Afterlife" debut, I suppose, as well as seeing "Nice to Meet Ya" in the Bubbling Under, as well as the three Taylor Swift songs remaining in the Top 10.

Hey Naos! :)
Yeah, that's fine, this was a relatively quiet week here.
I'm glad to hear you liking 'Afterlife' though & you'll be pleased to know that 'Nice To Meet Ya' will probably be getting a debut lower down next week!
As for Taylor, it looks like she'll go down to only one song inside the Top 10 though, with that being 'Cruel Summer'.
Thanks for your comment as usual!

Hey Piran! How's things going? I love seeing Dance Monkey staying at #1 this week, but what you may have guessed is that the highlight of this chart for me is Post Malone climbing to #2! Do you think it could have a chance of going to #1 in the future? Elsewhere, I love the re-entry for Take Me Back to London, and really love the climbs for The Borders, Senorita, Higher Love, SOS, and Truth Hurts! Brilliant chart again! :D

Hey Coolocelot! :)
I'm good thanks! Got a couple more interview offers, so I'm definitely happy right now.
I think 'Dance Monkey' could have potential to spend up to a month more at #1, hence 'Post Malone' is likely to get blocked, but #2 is still a lot further than I ever expected it to get!
'Take Me Back To London' & 'Truth Hurts' dropped out again in the latest chart, while all the other songs you mentioned took losses, but I see most of them rebounding again next week as Dermot Kennedy's album bomb fades.
Talk to you properly on OCC later!
