Hey Piran! Wow, what to say about your chart - it's simply incredible this week. Have to begin somewhere. First, I'm pleased to see a new #1 - Despacito (the better one). I kinda expected it to go #1 though to be honest because of your comments about it on last week's Hot 100 article! I'm also pleased to see That's What I Like, Castle On The Hill, It Ain't Me, Something Just Like This, Young, Stay, The One and more on your chart! I'm also excited to see Occidentali's Karma #2 on your next week prediction...I suppose it's your favorite ESC song then? I like the song, but it's not one of my favorites from this year's contest! It's also great to see Raise Me Up from Westlife, Hero, Mr. Brightside and The Real Slim Shady on your throwback list! I wonder why you guys don't chart those songs...no song is too old for my chart:) Hope you had a great weekend!

Well, I have two songs from the 60s on my latest chart, at #16 and #31. I also have a song from the 50s at #32 on my chart this week.

Yeah, I like the remix of 'Despacito', but the original was always going to be my favourite! I think it could hit #1 on the Hot 100 either tonight or maybe next week, as 'That's What I Like' could easily return to #1 too!
'Occidentali's Karma' is definitely my Eurovision song this year (I'm surprised it didn't win), but as well as 'I Can't Go On', there should be debuts for 'Never Give Up On You' & 'Running On Air' lower in the Top 40. What were your favourite performances from the contest this year then?
Regarding throwback charts, I don't really like comparing current songs to ones that are a few years old, so that's why I have separate charts for both of them (unless there's a throwback that I absolutely love that can re-enter my actual chart!).

Mine weekend was decent as well thank you:) I also prefer the original, and looks like it's #1 on the Hot 100 :) Well, Occidentali's Karma was a huge favorite to win at the beginning, but after the semi's finals Bulgaria's and Portugal's chances improved dramatically. To be fair, I don't like that song that much, but it's sympathetic! I also like 'I Can't Go On', but the funny thing is that it wasn't even the best song Sweden had this year! Loreen, 2012 winner with the legendary song 'Euphoria' was also competing to represent Sweden - but ultimately she didn't get chosen. But I consider Sweden a top Eurovision country. I also really like them because Mans Zelmerlow who's one of my favorite artists:) I also really like 'Running On Air' (should debut next week on my chart too!), so I'm glad to see that it will debut on your chart next week most likely! As I've said on the Hot 100 article, my absolute favorite this year was 'Beautiful Mess' from Kristian Kostov (Bulgaria). There are also some ESC 2016 songs on my chart and I expect something around 10 songs on my Top *30* list next week from Eurovision!

I like all of your Top 10, except for "I'm The One". I like "Slow Hands" debuting as well. Great chart like always.

Yeah, shame 'No Promises' probably won't reach the Hot 100.
I wouldn't expect you to know 'Occidentali's Karma' or 'I Can't Go On' anyway; there were both songs that were performed on the Eurovision Song Contest over the weekend & were the entries from Italy & Sweden respectively. The UK entry ('Never Give Up On You' by Lucie Jones) should debut just outside my Top 10 next Sunday!

Nice chart Piran! I like a lot of it. Your top ten is especially quite good, but I'm disappointed about Something Just Like This. I like Despacito a lot, so I'm glad to see it get to number one! I don't think it will do the same for me, but good for you nonetheless. Unfortunately I just cannot get myself to like "I'm The One." It just really doesn't do anything for me. Well, I'm glad for you to see you like it considering its immense success so far!

Thanks Piran! Despacito is a great song regardless. I heard it first quite a while ago, but didn't really get into it. I know people will hate on Justin Bieber, but his remix is the only reason I gave the song a second chance, and also the reason why it's now gaining a ton of attention in the US. I honestly think they're both equally good! I post charts on Fridays, so if you'll look then it'll be up.

Well I really like 'The Cure' a lot & I would say that I prefer it than most tracks from 'Joanne' to be honest.
Lady Gaga's latest album was still a really good listen, but her 'Born This Way' era is easily her best in my opinion!
