Hey Zack! :)
Sadly, I'm not doing good at all unfortunately, but thanks anyway! How are you doing?
I don't know about them cancelling it, but it becoming postponed is looking more probable by the day unfortunately, even if the current plan is for it to go ahead as normal.
Yeah, I was born in March that year, but that song came out in the October of '98, so I would've been only six & half months old!
Thanks for comment as usual mate.
Hey Sergej! :)
I'm glad you're loving the Eurovision takeover, but given that you're the other big ESC fan on Crown Note, I'm not surprised that you're hyped for it too, haha! If coronavirus doesn't postpone or cancel the event, then the impact will only get bigger in April & especially in May.
'Boogieman' might climb next week, while '22' could actually contend for #1, although I think 'To Die For' might fall back a little slightly!
'Stupid Love', 'Good Time' & 'Shut Up & Dance' are also all set to time next week, but I'm not sure about 'The Other Side' yet.
Thanks for the comment as usual!
Great chart! I love the expected onslaught of Eurovision songs and it's great to see On Fire on the top, it has earned its position as favourite. I am a bit sad to see my personal favourite Violent Thing sink to 36. I'm also a bit hesitant on Move by The Mamas - I feel if it was released by any country other than Sweden, it would be ignored. On another note, I also am enjoying all the nostalgia hits returning to the charts, particularly Good Time and Shut Up And Dance - some fantastic good vibes! Enjoy your birthday!
Thanks Oobling! :)
Yeah, 'On Fire' definitely deserves that #1, but another favourite called 'Tears Getting Sober' might be challenging it next week.
'Violent Thing' is going to continue to chart low until the event itself (providing it actually goes ahead!), but it's still decent & a song that grew on me a lot over these past few weeks!
'Move' is definitely not the best Swedish entry of the past few years, but I still like the gospel feel to it! It'll probably make the Top 10 in the overall results.
As with all the nostalgia hits, 'Good Time' & 'Shut Up & Dance' will be big climbers next week!
Thanks, although it's not for another 11 days, so we'll get another chart or two before that, haha.
Hey Naos! :)
Yeah, we're probably getting one Eurovision dethrone another in next week's chart too! Things will only get bigger in the next couple of months too, as long as coronavirus doesn't cancel or postpone the event.
'22' is actually contending for #1 next week, while 'Good Time' & 'Shut Up & Dance' are going to be massive climbers. I don't know about 'The Other Side' though!
Thanks, but it's not until the Thursday after next, haha.
Thanks for the comment too!
wooah suprises on your chart a lot to mention
I must listen to your brand new number 1 .lots of debuts this week I see .like for gains of Blinding Lights. I am going to listen to the Eurovision it's sounds interesting also Benee songs I have been seeing them on New Zealand charts also LAB it's number 1 also in that chart. I could say you have great new entries. Also throwbacks in the chart why?
"Good Times "
"22" I used to listen that track almost every day it's one of Taylor favorite songs for me too. I could give your chart 400% lol great
Hey Brandy! :)
Yeah, my #1 is also a Eurovision song, which is really catchy & fun, so I think you'll like it, along with the other entries that are on my chart this week.
The NZ artists are indeed doing well here at the moment. I think both L.A.B. & BENEE will be climbing much further in the coming weeks!
The throwback songs are mainly for my birthday, which is 'Good Time' & particularly '22' are doing very well here this week! Although, my birthday is actually in 11 days from now, so the impact that both of those songs have here will increase even more before then.
Thanks for the comment as usual!
Hi Piran, hope your doing ok! Eurovision song at number 1 eh? I was wondering if Eurovision will be cancelled this year? Or maybe they will all perform in their own countries and people vote at home with no live audience! interesting times ahead. I liked your throwback of Eiffel 65 - Blue da ba dee! You probably were a baby when that came out!
