Hey Piran! I absolutely adore your chart of 2021! Heartbreak Anthem is such a banger and is deservedly your top song, and Psycho is close behind! I'm so glad we fell in love with Maisie this year, her album is amazing and I look forward to seeing what 2022 brings for her! I love the 2 Olivia Rodrigo songs in the top 10, she had a smashing year right?! I love almost all the songs in your top 40, especially all the EDM music, 2021 was such a good year for the genre! I love all the Taylor too! Such an amazing list and I just want to say thank you for heing so welcoming, helpful and supportive to me on both Crownnote and OCC since May! I look forward to chatting and comparing music and charts into the new year, Merry Christmas! <3

ps. I've just posted my chart of the year! :)

Hey Conor! :)
Yeah, 'Heartbreak Anthem' just edged out 'Psycho' purely based on more of a personal connection to the former, but Maisie had an amazing 2021 in my charts & I really hope that I'll be saying the same thing this time next year.
I honestly think Olivia's only just getting started & I can't wait to see what's to come from her in the future!
EDM had another very successful year for me too, topping my Year-End chart for a sixth consecutive year.
Taylor is undoubtedly going to be a massive contender to have my #1 album of the year with either of her re-recorded albums & that list will be revealed tonight!
You're more than welcome! I'm really glad that you've settled into all the UK & personal communities so well.
Hopefully the same came continue going into the New Year!
I'll take a look at your own list now.
Merry Christmas!

Hey Piran!
Great list overall!
Really wasn't surprised about the #1 or the #2.
As for "Psycho", we both were obsessed with Maisie a lot after this, the album is fantastic and I hope her 2022 will be great as well.
Again, a great list overall, glad to communicate with you here on Crownnote, Buzzjack and on the Discord server.
Hopefully we can continue listening and discovering fantastic music in the next year.
Also, I've posted my chart of the year as well, hopefully you can check it out as well!

Hey Sergej! :)
Yeah, my Top 2 was very obvious for me this year, but I absolutely agree that it would be amazing to see Maisie Peters finally get a hit in 2022, even if it's a minor one.
I've absolutely loved sharing my music taste with you on all those different platforms you mentioned, as well as reading through your charts every week!
I'll comment on your Year-End chart in a few minutes! I'm sure it'll be amazing regardless from the highlights that I've seen of it so far.
Thanks for the comment!

Wow interesting to see Heartbreak Anthem takes the song of the year.Ironic in the sense it's title there's anthem so it's definitely been an anthem this year .Interesting to see Head and Heart two years in a row in the top 10 that's obviously on top of the decade so far. Like seeing Olivia_Rodrigo biggest hits in your top 10.I see Save Your Tears is the rnb song of the year. Easy On Me made it in the top 50.l like seeing Becky Hill she had a great year i can't deny when it comes to pop/edm especially in the UK. Like seeing Lean On Me inside, BLINDING lights appearing for the third time becoming one of the most streamed songs on Spotify in history. Like Best Friend appearing and lastly Our Song by Annie Marie

Hey Brandy! :)
Yeah, 'Heartbreak Anthem' was absolutely my "anthem" in 2021, with me streaming it over 700 times since it was released, haha.
'Head & Heart' actually becomes the first song ever since I joined Crown Note to appear in the Top 10 in back-to-back Year-End lists & you're right about it being my song of the decade so far!
Olivia & Becky absolutely deserve the shoutouts too, since they did incredibly well for me this year, both with multiple singles & their respective parent albums.
Thanks for the comment!
I hope you have a nice week ahead.
Take care!

Hey Piran! Great to see 'Heartbreak Anthem' as your top song of the year, as well as the top 20s for MIAB(TV),Superstar(TV) and ivy. I could spend ages commenting on how amazing your music taste has been this year, but Psycho, good 4 u, drivers license and Save Your Tears really take the cake in you top 25. Merry belated christmas :)

Hey Ethan! :)
This is actually now the sixth consecutive year that an EDM song has ended up at the top of my Year-End lists, while Taylor managed five #1 singles over the past 12 months, so I could see similar songs to those you've shouted out here doing well over the next year, haha.
Olivia & Maisie are two incredibly talented new artists, so I can't wait to see what's to come from both of them!
'Save Your Tears' has aged incredibly well for me, especially with the remix of it with Ari.
Thanks for the comment!

Hey Piran! Congrats to 'Heartbreak Anthem' for being your #1 song of 2021, in fact congrats to the full Top 3 here, it probably wasn't easy picking from them and I can see why, with all 3 making my Top 10 of 2021 too! My highlight is obviously #85, I'd love to say I had an impact on that placement but I doubt I did much. One song that I'm sure I affected is at #40 though because of my continuous nagging of it that caused it to rise for you. Congrats yet again to 'Head & Heart' making the Top 10 in 2 consecutive years and being the biggest song of the decade, and 'Looking For Me' stayed in the Top 40 for 2 consecutive years too! I'm shocked that Red TV had such a big impact so soon, but I'm sure Taylor pulled a few strings for that to work. Olivia Rodrigo can't be underestimated either with 2 Top 10 positions here, and 'Deja Vu' makes the list. I know this comment has been a bit all over the place but I'm really thankful for the year (well half-year to be exact) I've had with you and everyone else and here's to 2022, hoping it's a much better one because you truly deserve it. :)

Hey Callum! :)
I believe that 'Heartbreak Anthem' was one of the first ever songs that we talked about on here, so I knew you'd be really happy to see it at the top of my Year-End chart.
I think both 'Drive' & 'Let's Go Home Together' were always going to end up here anyway, but I think your huge support of them definitely boosted their positions at least very slightly!
'Head & Heart' is actually the first song ever to make the Top 10 of consecutive Year-End charts, while Taylor & Olivia had massively successful years, earning five & three #1 singles this year respectively.
You'll be happy to hear that the final chart of 2021 will have a song that you introduced to me at the top of it, so hopefully you'll like to what's to come in my charts as we head into the brand new year!
Thanks for the comment.
Best wishes for 2022!
