Hi there Rockmaker!

Glad to see "Dance The Night" remaining the champ of Rockmakers Chart, "Curtains" is slowly looming reaching #3, I like that, but what I like even more (in fact, no, not like, but LOVE) is "Substitution" getting into the top 5 at #4, also Spotify just now credited Julian Perretta as the featured artist on it (even though I knew it all along from the information to this song), congrats to both PDM & Julian getting their first top 5 in your chart (and for Kungs getting his second top 5 entry). Finally closing a great top 5 is a "Meltdown", courtesy of Niall Horan, another great song.

"Never Look Back" made me so happy to see in the top 10, congrats to Tom for his first top 10 in your chart, not surprised seeing "Cruel Summer" reaching the top 10, might be a future #1 contender in the future in the summer season (although down below, there is another one I throw my hat for it getting faster), "Makeba" was a shock to see in the top 10, but it's virality keeps on going and hey, Jain gets her first top 10, which I'm happy about (now if only I can say the same thing about the official charts in the US, but hey at least we here in Germany and also in the UK got it charting, yay!).

Then there is the big one, the debut that I can see go to #1 in lightning speed. "Vampire" by Olivia Rodrigo, I would say that I'm surprised, but after following your charts for a while and seeing how she has many #1s in 2021 alone, I'm not really surprised. Could this be her fifth #1? It is very likely.

Off the top 40, the new peaks for "Cha Cha Cha", "I Found Her", "Hold On To My Love", "The Show" and "Mountain" are nice to see and the top 40 gains (aside from the aformentioned Olivia, which I like as well) for "(It Goes Like) Nanana" and "DNA", both songs that I like and I personally hope "Paradise" get into the top 40 as well soon. As for the others, well I do find Fall Out Boy's "We Didn't Start The Fire" interesting, of course Billy Joel's classic I'll be remembering more, he has defined the song (saying this as a Billy Joel fan myself), but FOB made an interesting update to the song itself. "Barbie World" I really wished I could like it more myself and "Endless Fashion", I do get why it's pushed as a single. My favourite from Lil Uzi's new album is "Nakamura" though, inspired by one of my favourite wrestlers right now Shinsuke Nakamura and it's a banger which could debut in my chart soon.

Under the top 40, I am very happy seeing "Living In A Haze" get a huge gain and from the debuts, "Paradise" is an amazing song, "Car Keys" is a nice debut song and my songs like "Waterfall", "Overcome" and "All For Love" are fantastic to see, very happy about that. I can see "Overcome" get even higher next week, due to the Album release, which is a fantastic album! Although I'm sorry to disappoint, but I just don't like Chris Brown and Falling In Reverse on here, both declining quality not only personally, but musically, gives me more reason to avoid both of their new material. But the return for "0800 Heaven" is great, that I do like to see.

Overall, a great chart and a fantastic listening pleasure of a nice playlist.
Take care my friend!

Hi Sergej! ;D

While "Dance The Night" remains at #1 and "Curtains" rises to #3, the current Top 3 is losing quite a bit of score in the last few hours and is quite likely to give way to the new songs that have landed this week in the Top Ten. "Cruel Summer" and "Makeba" claim the top positions. But "Substitution", "Never Look Back" and "Meltdown" -in that order- maintain a stable high percentage of growth and won't give up so easily. Thanks for pointing out that "Substitution" is the second Top 5 hit for Kungs and that both Tom Gregory and Jain are getting their first Top Ten hit on Rockmaker.

It finally looks like "Vampire" could beat everyone, but anything could happen in the next week. It has in "Cruel Summer" and "Makeba" very good competitors. For its part, "Cha Cha Cha", "I Found Her", "Hold On To My Love" and "Mountain" maintain steady growth, although "The Show" is gaining fast internal ratings.

I had no idea who Shinsuke Nakamura was except thanks to your comment, it shows that you like wrestling. But the song "Nakamura" sounds really good. I personally still have my doubts if "Barbie World" and "Endless Fashion" will achieve high rankings in the future. In contrast, "(It Goes Like) Nanana" has a very good chance of continuing to climb the ranks. For its part we will see what happens with "DNA" which is very well located in my private list of Top Dance.

I'm glad that you are happy for "Living In A Haze", "Car Keys", "Waterfall", "Overcome" and "All For Love", they're beautiful songs. The debut of "Paradise" is what propelled "DNA" to jump and debut in the Top 40. It was incomprehensible that "Paradise" would reach that region earlier.

I understand and respect your opinion about Chris Brown and Falling in Reverse. But I'm sure that they're not the only ones in problems and scandals. There are many artists who also lead a disordered life but their cases have not reached the press nor are they public. If my chart were based on the morals and ethics of each artist's private life, I think my chart would be almost empty. And precisely I'm very concerned about a list of famous artists whose symbology shown in concerts and videos is quite strange and mysterious. I don't know what to think about it.

Thank U very much for your comment and I wish you a very calm week. I hope that where you live you have a pleasant sunny climate that allows you to enjoy it. Receive a big hug! :D
