Hi there Rockmaker!
Nice to see "Ordinary" at the top, "The Giver" rising to #2, giving "Ordinary" a real challenge. Damiano David almost reaching the top 5 with "Next Summer", "Love Me Not" reaching the top 10 is good, the song keeps growing on me, like a certain other song in your top 40, I'll get to it in a bit. Thank you for your dedication on my last chart with "Bluebird", nice to see it reach your top 10, hopefully it will get higher!
I also like seeing new peaks for "Handlebars", "Sorry I'm Here For Someone Else" (hey, for me the song is in the same place now on my recent chart!), "Relationships" (So happy about this one!), "FUFN", "End Of The World" and "Show Me Love", the big gain for "Headphones On", that's the other song that now keeps growing on me and the debut for "Mystical Magical".
Below the top 40 I like the big gains for "What Was That" (Is Lorde back to good graces on our charts? We'll have to see), "Catch These Fists" and "Henry, Come On" and the debuts for "Priceless", "Not At This Party" and "Old Phone".
As for tradition that you've did a long distance dedication (a tribute to American Top 40 with Casey Kasem) on my last chart, I wanted to return the favor and dedicate you the song "Atlas" by Pommelien Thijs, which is currently #1 song in Belgium, where I spent my easter vacations. The song is sung in Dutch and once you translate the lyrics, you can understand it's meaning more deeply. The song is about loving someone so much that you carry their whole emotional world — even after they’re gone or no longer care. It’s about the burden of unreciprocated love, the struggle to let go, and the painful beauty in that complexity. I also love the melody in it and her singing voice is lovely in this one.
Great chart as always, take care my friend and have a wonderful start into the new week!
