Kate Bush holds on at #1 for a 3rd Consecutive week with her revived 80s anthem 'Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God)'. It becomes the 4th song to spend 3 weeks at #1 this year (most weeks at #1 in 2022 so far) after 'Red (Taylor's Version)', 'Bam Bam' and 'she's all i wanna be'. It also ties with 'Red (Taylor's Version)' for longest conescutive weeks at #1 this year. Tate spends a 6th consecutive week in the top 3 with 'what would you do?' holding at #2. This time exactly last year, Tate got her first Top 5 single; the Khalid assisted 'working' debuted in the region. Who would've known a year later she would have 3 songs currently in that region, 3 number 1's under her belt, 7 top 5's, 9 top 10's, 15 top 50's and the biggest single and album of the year so far! 'she's all i wanna be' also spends a 20th consecutive week in the top 10! Its an emotional full circle moment.
Maisie Peters hops 1 to #3 with 'Cate's Brother'. And as I'm going to see her as she is the Opening/ Support act on Ed Sheeran's +–=÷x tour on Friday, expect more Maisie and Ed in next weeks chart! Could Cate's Brother even go back to the top? Concerts have impacted the chart before, with Dermot Kennedy's 'Better Days' climbing back to #1 last October 3 months after it debuted at the top due to his concert at Alexandra Palace so don't rule it out!
Elsewhere, Demi Lovato climbs 4 to a new peak of #6, Rina Sawayama bolts up the chart with 'This Hell' rising 27 to #7 and Maneskin get a 6th Top 10 with 'If I Can Dream' at #8, taken from the upcoming Elvis Movie. Tracks from We Are Domi, Mimi Webb, Rosa Linn, Halsey and Europa & GRACEY all reach new peaks this week too, and there are a handful of new entries at the bottom of the chart: VINCINT, Hayley Kiyoko, MNEK & Kesha's collaboration specially for Cann (and Pride Month!), an american drinks company, debuts at #33, Shane Codd's 'Rather Be Alone' debuts at #49, Luude & Mattafix's 'Big City Life' is new at #49 and The Black Eyed Peas, Shakira & David Guetta's nostalgic 'DON'T YOU WORRY' opens at #50. There are also re-entries from Doja Cat and Leah Kate!

Hey Piran!
I'm glad you like Kate at #1, but Taylor has a strong chance of pushing her off #1 next week! Maneskin did well yeah! its such a lovely song! The re-entries and debuts mentioned will also fall out due to the concert!

Hi there Conor!
Nice to see "Running Up That Hill" at the top, the big gain for "This Hell" in the top 10, the return for "10 Things I Hate About You" and the debuts for "If I Can Dream", "Rather Be Alone", "Big City Life" and "Don't You Worry".
Great chart!

Hey Sergej!
Glad you like RUTH at #1, This Hell in the top 10 and the other debuts! They will all more than likely fall/ drop out since I saw Ed at Wembley yesterday so there'll be plenty of his songs in the chart!

Hey Conor! :)
Cool to see Kate Bush still hanging to #1, which is perhaps not surprising, but what did kind of shock me is how well Måneskin did with their new here, immediately starting off in the Top 10 as the highest new entry of the week, haha.
Lower down, I like the re-entry for '10 Things I Hate About You' & the debut for 'Rather Be Alone'.
Amazing chart once again!
