Rockmaker’s Spotlight

The King of Pop -Michael Jackson- surges back into the Top 10 with “Billie Jean” after 17 years, his first entry since the emotional rechart in June 2009 following his passing. “Don’t Stop ’Til You Get Enough” last reached the region in 1979. With this comeback, Jackson sets a new Rockmaker record for the longest gap between Top 10 appearances: 47 years.
Meanwhile, Alex Warren dethrones Ella Langley to score his second No. 1 on the Rockmaker Charts with “Fever Dream.” Australia’s Tame Impala also notch their first Top 10 hit with “Dracula.”

Hi there Rockmaker!

Nice to see "FEVER DREAM" at the top, my favourite song from Alex, "iloveitiloveitiloveit" in the top 5 is nice too, as well as Michael Jackson still doing well, "Dracula" reaching the top 10, the new peaks for "Swim", "Self Aware", "New Religion", "Material Lover" and "Boston", the big gain for "The Cure" and the debuts for "Hate That I Made You Love Me" and "Go".

Under the top 40, I like the big jumps for "Dry Spell", "First Light" (a surefire #1 contender on my next chart), "Repeat It" and  "Eurosummer", as well as the debuts for "Rock Music" and "Talk To You". The latter of which, is a song of the summer contender for me.

Great chart as usual!
Take care.
