DaBaby and Roddy Rich obtain their first number 1 on my chart, climbing for a third successive week to reach the top of the charts with “Rockstar”. It ends the 3 week reign at the top for Katy Perry who slips down to number 5. Natalie Taylor reaches a new peak at number 2 with “Surrender” and Kygo has 2 songs in the top 10 this week including “Broken Glass” with Kim Petras that climbs to number 3. Kygo also leapfrogs Lady Gaga to get number 1 album with “Golden Hour”. Lady Gaga & Ariana Grande failed to reach the top slipping to number 4 with “Rain on me”. “Blinding Lights” manages to creep back into the top 10.

In a week of sparse new entries, 2 tracks entered based on #BlackLivesMatter and Sam Fender returned back to the top 40 with “Hypersonic Missiles”, now in its 23rd week on the chart along with a new entry for “Saturday”.

Bubbling under the chart:

Dermot Kennedy - Lost

Regarding new entries for next week, there are once again very few single releases. Ella Henderson returns with “Take care of you”. She has not had a solo hit for a very long time. It is an uplifting track but quite different from her past solo music. Kodaline release their new album “One day at a time” which could battle with Kygo for number 1 and the possibility of some album tracks entering the top 40? Meanwhile Young T & Bugsey team up with current number 1 artist DaBaby with a remix to his hit “Don’t Rush” which could potentially re-enter the top 40?

Other potential new entries next week:

Tom Walker

Kiesza

Sigma & John Newman

Hey Zack! :)
I love that 'Golden Hour' takes the top spot on your albums chart, as well as 'Rockstar' claiming #1 on the singles chart for the first time.
I also like that 'Broken Glass' is in the same position on your chart as it is mine, but I'm even more impressed that 'Blinding Lights' is still in the Top 10 after six months of charting!
It's cool to see 'Changes' & 'Death Bed' both make their debuts, along with Sam Fender landing a couple of chart entries alongside them.
Good chart once again!

Hey Piran! Yes, initially I thought Lady Gaga's album was stronger than Kygo's, but over the past week I changed my mind! It was a surprise to see you like "Broken Glass" as it did not enter your chart last week, aswell as also reaching no.3..I love the lyrics of the track and Kim Petras is growing on me too. Her track Malibu entered a few weeks ago on my chart. It reminds me of Michael Jackson "Don't stop til u get enough" with a bit of JT "Can't stop the feeling". I was thinking the same that its very rare for a track to remain in the top 10, 6 months after it was released, but "Blinding Lights" is not going away anytime soon. In fact it has climbed because of the lack of new entries on the chart.

Hie buddy impressive chart
Hands up we had one track climbing up to number 1 haha!
I like the occupation of Kygo in the top as well as taking the album throne
Broken Glasses could enter my chart as Kygo album could return because rnb was my mood this week seeing with no proper releases! .
Happy to see gains for This City as well as Blinding Lights it could be your song of the year seeing it's endurance in the top 10. I'm going to check k out your leaderboard 2020 so far you can check out mine let me know i will let you know too
I like seeing death bed entering also on the edge
Albums Chart impressive I like the longevity of Dermot kennedy & Jojo considering how underrated it is!
Excellent chart

Yeah, "Blinding Lights" is light years ahead of every other track this year, only 2 songs on my leaderboard have over 100,000 points! Oh yeah, i'm still listening to Dermot's album. Cant believe I didnt notice his album last year! And Jojo's album is excellent too

Hi Zack!
Nice to see "Rockstar" at #1 and the top 10 entries for "The Truth" and "Blinding Lights" and the debuts for "Saturday", "Death Bed" and "Changes"!
The re-entry for "Hypersonic Missiles" is great too.
Great chart!

Hi Sergej, are you a Sam Fender fan too? Hypersonic missiles is one of my best songs from this year, even though it was released last yr!
