Taylor slips to number 2 with “Cardigan” but elsewhere manages to hold off Brandy for a third week at number 1 with “folklore” on the album charts. Taylor Swift continues to dominate the top 40 with 6 album tracks. Sam Smith & Burna Boy climb up the chart with “Oasis” at number 3 while Grace Carter & Jacob Banks have the biggest climb on the top 40 this year, climbing from no.40 last week to no.5 with “Blame”. Hi Zack!
Glad to see "What's Love Got To Do With It" at #1, as well as "My Oasis" in the top 3 and "Lie For You" in the top 10!
I also like the debuts for "Smile" and "In The Air Tonight" (Probably because of the reaction video that has gone viral, still a great classic song!).
From the debuts next week, I'm intrigued where "Levitating", "So Done", "Midnight Sky", "Hard On Yourself" and "Dying Breed" will land (more excited for Levitating, though.)
Great chart as always!
Hope you'll check out my chart as well, since it's my last chart before I go on a 2-week vacation to Italy.

Hi Sergej, yes u r right about the reason for the entry from Phil Collins, I've always loved "in the air tonight", in fact a cover version from Judith Hill was on my chart for several weeks earlier this summer. Well for next week, I can say that there will be high new entries for Levitating, So Done, Midnight Sky & Dying Breed. "Hard on yourself" is taking a while to grow on me, although I do like Charlie Puth. Enjoy your vocation, I'm assuming you do not need to quarantine there or when you come back?

Hie buddy hope you okay wish I could see you and give you high five we have the same highest debut interesting there Jojo is amazing truly speaking! !
Happy to see Whats love reclaim it really grew on me this week
I like seeing Wap of course trash song but we both liked haha catchy beat makes you want to repeat lol
I'm happy to see Smile what a perfect combination of voices to collaborate definitely growing on me !
I didn't expect Go Crazy to debut?
Like the gain for Borderline really growing stronger on me too very emotional lyrics and rnb dark like!
Intersting there B7 blocked in a second row!
I see we have 6 albums in common on our both albums Chart! !
On new realeases Levitating so cool i have listened to it!
Miley Cyrus is definitely back !
I like that Snakehips new song
Dermot kennedy still in your chart wow!!!

Im good thanks! hope u r well too. I will be checking to see where Jojo has landed on your chart....I think "Whats love got to do with it" will be a vey slow climber on the UK charts, I dont think many people have heard of it. The same happened for "Higher Love" with Whitney/Kygo, which was eventually a monster hit. Lol, yeah its still catchy "WAP" even thought it is trash. May even hang around for a few weeks! Yeah, "Smile" is very slowly growing on me too. With regards to "Go Crazy", i think on first listen a couple of months back, I was not too much into it. Last week I saw the video twice by chance and ended up liking it. Not sure if it will continue to climb but will hang around next week. Yes, "Borderline" has been growing on me too as you can tell with the climb. Normally the album that goes to number 1 for me, is due to to how many tracks Im listening to off the album. Im still listening to over half of Taylors album tracks every week, where as for Brandy, it was mainly Borderline this week and a few other tracks. Jojo re-entered in anticipation of her deluxe album at the end of the month. Will be interesting to see what happens when Dua Lipa releases her remix album next Friday. "Levitating" was always a fan fave, but was never one of mine, but with the collaboration, it should still do ok on my chart. I dont think it will be in running for number 1 anymore next week, too many other strong songs on my chart. I like the 80s vibe on Mileys song. Snakehips/Jess Glynne track is really good. Yeah Dermot's voice is addicitive! great video to "Giants" too if u havnt seen it.
