Hey Zack! :)
Yeah, you definitely came back at the right time, haha.
'Willow' is such a strong choice for the lead single, so along with an official video, of course it was going to be #1 for me!
Oh well, to be honest, I don't mind what other Swifties' favourite tracks are from the album, since there's all a 6/10 for above in my ratings of them! The most important thing is that you actually enjoyed 'Evermore' as a whole, which sounds like you did based on your comments on it.
The Christmas songs will all be rebounding next week, but not by very much, as I could definitely see Taylor getting a strong second week here!
Thanks for the comment.
hi piran! :)
goddamn, that’s one big album bomb from taylor, although it was expected lol. i love to see willow at number 1 as well as my other three favourites at numbers 5, 7 and 14.
it’s awesome to see lucid stay so strong in the top 10 despite the bomb, and i also love that the christmas songs, really love and levitating survive too.
great chart again! ;)
Hey Coolocelot! :)
How are you doing?
Yeah, it's roughly equal to the same impact that 'Folklore' made on my albums chart back in the summer!
Taylor will probably be #1 again next week, but I honestly don't know if it'll be with 'Willow'! I'm going to post my predictions a little later, haha.
'Lucid' won't be going anywhere anytime soon, while 'Really Love' & 'Levitating' will probably be rebounding next week, due to Christmas effectively being cancelled in our family this year sadly!
Thanks for the comment.
Hey Davyl! :)
Both albums are equally awesome for me, as both 'Folklore' & 'Evermore' saw Taylor land nine simultaneous Top 10 entries, including a #1 debut! It's still a bit early to compare the two albums just yet, but based on initial reaction to each of them, I'm leaning closer to the latter for now.
Unfortunately, due to some very sad news within the UK which will affect our family, none of the Christmas songs are looking likely to chart at all next week!
Thanks for the comment.
Hey Sergej! :)
I'm glad you liked 'Evermore' too! Yeah, while I really wish 'Boris Johnson Is A F**king C**t' was the Christmas #1 here next week, it's looking very unlikely with LadBaby's download numbers.
Yeah, we might potentially lose all the Christmas songs next week, but expect a lot of huge debuts & re-entries from some non-festive tunes!
Thanks for the comment.
Hey Piran! First of all, I love to see the huge Evermore album bomb despite all of the Xmas songs there! Sadly that also means that LUCID isn't #1 anymore but hey, at least it spent 2 weeks there which is not bad at all lol. Also there aren't any climbing songs but I really hope that XS can rise up in the coming weeks, not to mention that it'd be nice to see Bad Friend (and possibly Comme Des Garcons) enter the Top 50. Great chart again! :D
Hey Ben! :)
Yeah, 'Lucid' certainly won't be going away anytime soon, especially given the insane lead it had in the two weeks that it was #1, haha.
I could see most of the 'Evermore' tracks sticking around next week & while I don't think all the Christmas songs will be dropping out now, I certainly think most of them will be leaving us earlier than usual sadly!
Regarding the other songs from Rina, 'XS' might reach the Top 10 next week & 'Bad Friend' is looking more likely to debut than 'Comme Des Garcons'.
Thanks for the comment!
Hey Piran! :) A little late to the party but I'm glad Taylor dominated your charts again, my favorite has got to be 'no body, no crime' in the top 5 and of course 'willow' at #1! No surprise that 'evermore' is also #1 in your album chart but wow at the 13x lead! Great chart again! :D
Hey Rector! :)
No worries! Better late than never, haha.
I'm glad you're loving 'No Body, No Crime' so much! It definitely seems to be the fan favourite as the next single for now. 'Willow' got the most initial hype from me & while it's not getting as much replay from me, it's still definitely one of the highlights of the album for me!
You think 'Evermore' getting a 13x lead is impressive... I think 'Folklore' somehow managed to get a 14x or 15x lead over 'Future Nostalgia' back when that album debuted at #1.
Thanks for the comment!
Hey Piran, aint checked your chart for a while but with Taylor out this week, I remembered you. Taylor Swift dominating the chart as expected and no surprise to see "Willow" at number 1. I kind of expected to see "evermore" higher but enters at a respectable no.9. Similar to "Folklore", we once again have chosen different album tracks as our faves. "Ivy", "Dorothea", "Coney Island" etc faired at much lower positions on my chart, where as "tolerate it", "happiness", "gold rush" and "champagne problems" charted much higher for me. Just proves the wide diverse taste that people have. Next week will be interesting to see if the Xmas song leapfrog Taylor swift tracks, and then perhaps in January, the Taylor Swift songs will leapfrog the Xmas tunes again lol.
