Chart

Calum PK7's Official Top 40!!

These are basically my 40 favourite songs! Updated weekly. The rule is that each song has to have been in either the Official UK Top 40 or the Vodafone Big Top 40. Enjoy!

This week is Camila Cabello's eighth at #1 with Never Be The Same. This track is her longest #1 as a lead artist, her second overall since going solo after Bad Things. It is also my longest chart-topper since No Promises also got 8 weeks at #1 in mid-2017. Jax Jones & Ina Wroldsen climb to #3 with Breathe, and the top 10 also sees climbs for Liam Payne & Rita Ora, Mabel & Not3s and Bruno Mars & Cardi B.

There are also climbs for J Hus, Eminem & Ed Sheeran, Steel Banglez, Not3s and Sigrid in the top 20, and Rudimental, The Chainsmokers and Dua Lipa edge closer to that region. This week is a very quiet one for debuts though, with only two songs entering. The first is Justin Timberlake and Chris Stapleton's Say Something at #22, beating his previous single Filthy's peak of #23. And the second and final debut is Game Changer by Mist. I wasn't really into this at first listen, but after a couple more I've grown to like it!

Breakers:

Stay Young- Mike Perry ft. Tessa, The Middle- Zedd ft. Maren Morris & Grey, Inside Out- Camila Cabello, All These Years- Camila Cabello, In The Dark- Camila Cabello, Real Friends- Camila Cabello, Consequences- Camila Cabello and Capital Letters- Hailee Steinfeld x Bloodpop.

Dropouts:

I Miss You- weeks 13 peak 12

What Lovers Do- weeks 21 peak 3 (4)

Hello Calum!
Nice to see "Fine Line" in the Top 10!
And a nice debut for "Say Something"!
Great chart overall!
Hope you have a great week and you can also check out my new chart, that I've put up!

Hey Sergej, thanks for the comment and the follow on last.fm too! Fine Line could climb further, and so could Say Something! i'll get over to your chart now! :)

Hey Calum! Good chart as usual. :)
I love seeing 'Fine Line' enter the Top 10, as well as 'Never Be The Same' still holding on to #1. Here's my rating of your debuts this week: 'Say Something' (8/10) & 'Game Changer' (4/10). I really like every one of your breakers too!
It's also cool to see 'Bad Things' last more than a year inside your Top 40 now.
I just uploaded my latest chart, so check that out whenever you have time!
Have a good remainder of the weekend.

Hey Piran, thanks for the comment! well, Fine Line is a very good example of how my charts have changed this year. Last year, it would've probably climbed to #11 or #10, but this year i'm making my charts quicker-changing, with the top 10 changing much more than last year. probably one of the reasons it was quite stationary last year was because I was behind for the majority of the year, and I couldn't presume exactly how good a song's performance level would have been. so this year's charts are both much more accurate and much more exciting!
I'm glad you like one of my debuts and all my breakers! so will I see all those songs in your latest chart then? i'll check it out now! :)

Hey Calum! I love seeing Camila stay at #1, #2 and #4, and I really like seeing 'Breathe' climb to #3 and 'Fine Line' enter your Top 10! I also like the seeing 'Bouff Daddy', 'River', 'Bad', 'My Lover', 'Strangers', 'These Days', 'Sick Boy' and 'IDGAF' all reach new peaks this week! The debuts for 'Say Something' and 'Game Changer' are good to see as well. I'd rate them: 'Say Something' (71/100) and 'Game Changer' (87/100).
Great chart as usual, and I hope you have a good week! :D

Hey Gameskiller, thanks for the comment! I'm glad you like all those climbers this week, as most should continue to climb next week! this week wasn't a great week for debuts on OCC so I hope next week can be better! :)

"Havana", "Wolves", and "Finesse" are looking pretty good in the top 10, and I like to see "Let You Down", "Sick Boy", "Filthy", "Tip Toe", and "Bad Things" in your top 40! Have you heard JT's album yet?

Hope you can check out my chart when you have the time!

Hey Mr McCloud! yeah, all three of those you mentioned aren't going to be budged out of the top 10 for a while, and neither are many of the other songs you mentioned lower down! I haven't heard JT's album yet in full, but I heard Montana on New Music Friday on Spotify on Friday, and it was my favourite track from the album so far! I look forward to listening to it in full - what do you think of it? i'll get over to your chart now! :)
