12th April, 2019 - 18th April, 2019

My Favourite Songs, Albums and Artists of All Time: https://crownnote.com/charts/gameskiller01/my-favourite-songs-of-all-time

Top albums of the week:

1) Dave - 'PSYCHODRAMA' (=)
2) Ariana Grande - 'thank u, next' (=)
3) AJ Tracey - 'AJ Tracey' (+1)
4) Post Malone - 'beerbongs & bentleys' (+1)
5) Khalid - 'Free Spirit' (-2)

As Dave spends a 6th week atop both the singles and albums chart, he now has both the 2nd longest consecutive #1 album and 2nd longest consecutive #1 single. 'PSYCHODRAMA' became the 2nd longest running #1 album last week, but it's still a long way off 'beerbongs & bentleys' with 25 weeks (18 of which were consecutive). 'Lesley' manages to match the 6 weeks managed by Lauren Jauregui's 'Expectations', and in terms of consecutive runs is now only behind 'God is a woman' with 9 weeks (10 non-consecutive). 'Havana' still managed 8 non-consecutive weeks, though, so while it can't beat 'Lesley' for consecutive weeks it is still the 2nd longest running #1 ever.

Logic's 'Confessions of a Dangerous Mind' continues to climb, up a further 1 place to a new peak of #3, while Steel Banglez' 'Fashion Week' makes another decent climb of 5 places to #4 this week after making a huge climb of 24 places last week. Lil Nas X's 'Old Town Road (Remix)' reaches both the Top 10 and Top 5 for the 1st time this week as it climbs 7 places to #5 following its #12 debut last week. The highest, and only, debut this week is the 1st posthumous track from EDM legend Avicii, just 1 day before the anniversary of his tragic suicide last year. The track, 'SOS', enters at #6, Avicii's 4th Top 10. 'God is a woman' rebounds 1 to #7, and AJ Tracey's sees his 3rd Top 10 as 'Ladbroke Grove' finally makes the Top 10 with a 1-place climb to #10 on its 10th week on the chart.

Zara Larsson's 'Don't Worry Bout Me' climbs 2 to a new peak of #13, while Lauv & Troye Sivan's 'i'm so tired...' climbs 5 to a new peak of #15. There are some big climbs just below that, as MEDUZA's 'Piece of Your Heart' climbs 12 places to #18 following its #30 debut last week, and 'All Day and Night' from Jax Jones & Martin Solveig is the highest climber of the week, up 17 places to #19. Long running chart hit '92 Explorer' rebounds 2 places to #24, just 1 week before its spends its 52nd week on the chart, making it only the 4th track to ever spend a full year on the chart. 'Bloodstream' has a similar story, rebounding 7 places to #31 on its 101st week on the chart after becoming the 1st ever track to reach triple digits last week.

Thanks for reading everyone! :D

Hey Gameskiller! :)
I love that 'Lesley' continues its almost record-breaking run at the top of your chart, especially with 'Old Town Road [Remix]' riding into the Top 5 & 'SOS' debuting at #6! I adore the latter so much that I don't even mind it kicking 'Don't Feel Like Crying' out.
Not a lot else going on beneath that, although I do really like the big gains for 'Piece Of Your Heart' & 'All Day & Night'!
Fantastic chart once again.

Hey Piran! I doubt that 'Lesley' will manage to beat the record of 10 weeks set by 'God is a woman', but at this point I do think it at least has a decent chance of matching the 8 weeks of 'Havana'! 'Old Town Road (Remix)' and 'SOS' should both be staying around near the top of the charts for a little while now, and 'Piece of Your Heart' and 'All Day & Night' should both continue climbing! 'Don't Feel Like Crying' probably won't be coming back, though. Thanks for the comment! :D
