Crystal Top 40 (Week 43/2019)

Short chart analysis:

  •  '2 Cups' holds a second week at number one, mostly due to a lack of solid competition, despite a solid gain in performance in comparison to last week.
  •  Bulgarian singer Yanna climbs into the top 3 with 'Не мога, не искам' (I can't, I don't want to) - this is her debut single, and therefore her first top 3 hit.
  • Tiesto and Mabel climb back into the top 10 - this is Tiesto's second top 10 hit and Mabel's... probably in the high tens at this point, she's had way too many top 10s in my personal chart (including a series of number 1s)
  •  Meduza, Becky Hill and Goodboys claim the highest new entry this week - the producer duo's highest charting single, as 'Piece of Your Heart' only got to #22 earlier this year.
  • Havana and Yaar debut at #19 with 'Big Love', giving the duo their second top 20, they charted late last year with their worldwide hit 'I Lost You', reaching #11.
  • Regard and Stormzy experience serious gains after dropping off a couple of weeks ago, 'Ride It' climbs back to #22 and 'Wiley Flow' earns a new peak of #13.
  • Maroon 5 and producer Bouncer make top 30 debuts with 'Memories' and 'Time', at #28 and #30 respectively.
  • The current longest-running song on the chart, 'Guten Tag', experiences a small gain in performance, climbing back to #32 after spending multiple weeks stuck at #35 - will it ever exit the chart?
  • Finally, Selena Gomez enters the chart only at #40 with her brand new single 'Lose You To Love Me' - this is due to releasing only Wednesday and should experience a huge climb next week.

Looking forward to next week, '2 Cups' looks to hold down the #1 spot; as already mentioned, Selena Gomez is looking at an incredible climb and a possible top 10 entry, along with a possible new entry for her other new single; 'Big Love' by Havana might be looking at either a solid climb or a bit of a tumble; and 'Sun' by Sasha Lopez and Diotic looks to enter the top 30 after a very slow climb upwards currently.

Hey Akyovbashiev! I haven't heard this week's #1 yet, but what I'm happy for are the new entries for Lose Control, Memories, and Lose You To Love Me. Elsewhere, I really like God is a Dancer climbing into the Top 10, as well as the other climbs for Guten Tag and Goodbyes! Very good chart again! ;)

Hey coolocelot101! I'm glad you like most of the debuts, 'Lose Control' and 'Lose You To Love Me', especially the latter, should be climbing next week, can't promise the same for 'Memories' unfortunately. 'God Is A Dancer' might also have reached its peak, meanwhile, 'Guten Tag' and 'Goodbyes' are experiencing very small gains, but just enough to keep them floating around the top 40, haha. The former is the longest-running top 40 song in my chart this entire year! Thanks for the comment!

Hello Akyovbasiev!
Nice to see "God Is A Dancer" jump to the top 10, as well as the debuts for "Memories" and "Lose You To Love Me"!
Great chart!

Hey Sergej! I'm glad you like most of the debuts this week, 'Lose You To Love Me' in particular should be making a massive climb next week, it's pretty low but only because it just came out two days before the chart was compiled. I feel 'God Is A Dancer' has peaked for me at this point, it's had a decent top 10 run and a nice peak, but you never know, haha! Thanks for your comment!

Hey Akyobashiev! :)
I really love seeing 'God Is A Dancer' move into the Top 10, but I shouldn't be at all surprised at all by this, given how much you like Mabel, haha.
Elsewhere, I'm really happy to see a big gain for 'Ride It', along with the debuts for both 'Memories' & especially 'Lose You To Love Me'. I'm expecting the latter will get a massive climb with this being its full tracking week, right?
Sorry for the late comment, but good chart once again!

Hey Piran! Truly, 'God Is A Dancer' is performing as well mostly because of Mabel's presence, it should be noted though that 'Ritual' had a very similar run earlier this year! Still, I enjoy the song a lot, and it's far from over. As for 'Ride It', I grew a bit tired of it a couple of weeks back, causing it to almost drop out, however, I'm starting to like it a bit more again! 'Memories' I'm not really sure where will end up next week, but 'Lose You To Love Me' will indeed experience a massive climb next week, might even be the biggest climb in the history of my chart!
Finally, don't worry about commenting late, I appreciate your comment very much regardless!
