With no major competition in sight, Antoon rides into a second week at Number 1 with “Hallo”

With incredible ease and no major competition in sight, Antoon celebrates a second consecutive week at Number 1 with “Hallo”. The Dutch singer his new single already crowned the official national charts and has been a streaming hit ever since its release. “Hallo” is further supported by strong playlisting and a new extended play of the same name. His biggest competition comes from Mimi Webb’s “House on Fire” and Rex Orange County his “Keep It Up”, both of which previously peaked at Number 1.

Speaking of Rex Orange County, the English singer adds another Top 10-song to his collection as “Amazing” moves up two spaces to #10. His previous Top 10-hits include “Sunflower” [#6] and his breakout hit “Face to Face” [#1]. Rex’s newest single is supported by his fourth studio album Who Cares, which debuted atop the Official UK Charts last week and was my personal most-streamed new album.

Meanwhile, the Top 20 is shifting and moving, as many songs jump to new peaks. Megan Thee Stallion & Dua Lipa quietly move from #14 to #12, while Antoon jumps up a giant nine spaces with his TikTok-hit “Hotelschool”, finishing at #13 this week. Additionally, George Ezra rises to #16 with “Anyone For You”, Dove Cameron lifts to #17 with the TikTok-hit “Boyfriend” and Camila Cabello eyes the Top 20 with her new Latin-hit “Bam, Bam” at #21.

Dutch indie-singer Froukje earns the top debut of the week with “Zonder Gezicht”, the newest single taken from her second EP Uitzinnig, which was released to critical acclaim and national chart success. Froukje is supported by S10, a Dutch alternative singer who recently was chosen to represent The Netherlands at Eurovision this year. “Zonder Gezicht” was praised by Dutch critics for its production and strong songwriting. The single debuts at #21, earning Froukje her sixth Top 40-hit and S10 her third.

Further down, Jax Jones & MNEK debut at #28 with “Where Did You Go?”. It marks MNEK their first Top 40-hit since 2020’s Number 1-smash “Head & Heart” with Joel Corry. Jax Jones additionally debuts at #33 as a feature on Mabel’s new pop single “Good Luck” with Galantis. Mabel has previously enjoyed chart success with her Number 1-hits “Finders Keepers”, “Don’t Call Me Up” and “West Ten”. Lastly, Dutch rapper Snelle lands at #39 with the new double A-sided single “Niks Mee Te Maken” / “Pizza Zonder Ananas”.
