This week seems rather calm at first...and for the most part, it is, but there's still some interesting stuff going on here, and it might get really interesting with what could be coming next week. As for the Top 5, Taylor Swift returns to #1 for the 3rd week with "Hits Different", knocking "I know it won't work" to #2. "Dance The Night" by Dua Lipa holds at #3, "Right now" by Gracie Abrams rises up a spot to #4, and finally, "Satellite" by Bebe Rexha and Snoop Dogg re-enters the Top 5 at #5.
But none of that's the big story of this week: that would be the shockingly high debut at #7, from 2 artists who have never charted before: "Love Is A Highway" by NERIAH and NURKO - out of nowhere, that song has grown on me exponentially over the past week, I'm expecting it to make a run for the Top 5 next week. We also have Carly Rae Jepsen's newest song "Shy Boy" debuting at #19 - we'll have to see how this performs in the coming weeks as well. As for what they replace, we also lose a former #1 this week, as Casey Bishop's "Blurry Vision" exits the chart after spending a week at the top in February.
- Last Year's #1: Ava Max - "Maybe You're The Problem" [9/10]
